Very worst service I was bought a new redmi9 pro mobile in Brookfield redmi MI showroom with a two days the display was not working so go to the shop no response and no replacement they told me to go MI service center I go there they bought a 4000 rupes for service then tey change display but not damage and no liquid damage in my phone. So please do buy MI Mobile in Brookfield very very worst

Mr Anand was so professional and kind towards everyone. He understood my issue with the product which was Defect On Arrival (DOA). He apologized for a mistake which was not his and replaced the device. His kindness could not be matched with any person dealing with the public.Most importantly, while conversing he said customers are important and he proved it.Thank you Anand. You made my day. Only one person in the whole center to attend the customer queries/take mobile service requests. Waiting period is in hours everytime. I visited the center twice and had the same experience. Poor customer service.

Ok,but I couldnt get replaced the on/off key spare,its supply takes 4 days,for which I need to keep the mobile at the service centre,which is not viable. Hence returned with frustration.

They did amazing service. The customer service is very nice. They are very patient. I saw some idiots coming and arguing over mistakes they had done, still the customer service was very patient and amazing.

I had a pleasant experience. Initially I went without appointment (presently they follow appointment system for service), they guided me to get the appointment and the previous day of that I received a call from them as a reminder. Whomever met there, were polite and clarify my queries with a smile. I got my device serviced on time and done in a good way. Excellent customer service.

Very negligent. I got my poco F1 display changed today, dropped the phone by 10.30 by 11.30 service technician called me and said phone will be ready collect by 12. I arrived by 2.15 just for billing and handing over the phone the guy took 30mins... That too I lost my temper and asked him whats going on then he billed for me. Management plz check in the cctv camera of I am not wrong. He is addressing the next customer and third customer who came after me but delaying to bill for me... Am I not paying you....? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...

They are after 6.00pm not take the service every time they are told no network, worst

The ambient of the service centre is excellent. I had been to the service centre twice. Both the times, the front desk staffs responded well and politely. They delivered the mobile on time. Overall I m most satisfied.
