Its my place and its enjoyable

One of the best decisions I have ever made so far. From choosing a plot to construction and finally to handover. The most productive, cost efficient and well behaved team. The perquisites is the neighborhood and its citizenry is absolutely exhilarating. I would definitely recommend my neighborhood to the families looking to build their new home.

First of I would like to start this review with heartfelt gratitude towards the work and sincerity of JRD promoters. I have met promoters whose words never justify with their actions. But JRD promoters are the ones who have capability to exceed your expectations. I would like to share my experience with JRD here. 6 months ago after trying a lot promoters for our dream project, we finally met our match who were able to understand and develop a perfect design as per our ideas. They helped us with a proper design as per our budget. And finished the project by the promised time without any lag in work. Finally my dream home is ready. And thanks for all the support and the variety of ideas which JRD team suggested for my dream home. Wonderful interior, and exterior designs. Completely satisfied with your work. And special regards to Deepak, without you my dream for a long time could have not been possible. Adios JRD team. Awesome work.

No words can describe the serenity of this place.I had many options but the surroundings and peacefulness of this society is what made me to choose this place.

Great location and the construction is top notch. The construction was completed in quick time in spite of unavailability of sand for some months. Deepak can be approached any time for any concerns and he was quick to respond.We have the option to customize our house plan according to our needs/budget and this is something that is different from others. I am lucky to have got a house in JRD Hill County.

Good gated community but inbetween houses / villas very less space given

House work was completed in less than a year and the team of JRD Realtorss did an excellent job with respect to timely updates and follow ups. The quality of construction is also very good. Deepak and Rajendran uncle had been very helpful in customizing our plan which also included some last minute changes. Overall very satisfied with their whole team, including the ever helpful supervisors and the workers!
