Hamleys is a great place for toys and fun all together. Though this outlet is not so big but one can go and find some good toys which are in every hamley store. Their brookfield store is bigger than this. This is 2nd floor near that scary house. The staff here is also not so elaborative or helpful.

If we start shopping for Good quality toys. We have only very few options except from the low quality Chinese products. Hamleys is one among the best choices.

We bought a yellow colored Audi car worth almost ₹20,000 for my kids birthday but within one week, the battery went kaput and the car was non-operational.We called the Hamleys Prozone Mall Team and they promptly dispatched a car mechanic who came to our house and changed the car battery. The car is now operational.Our confidence in Hamleys brand has gone up a lot after this incident. This is second time, they have delivered very good after-sales service (first instance was with the Brook fields mall team with some faulty toys).Thankful to the Prozone Mall Team (Manager Vivek, Jothis and mechanic Muna) for their prompt response to fix this issue. Also the showroom team is fabulous and we had a very good experience with the folks out there. Keep up the great work!

Customer service was poor.. had a bad experience.. had mask on my mouth closed & due to breathing problem little bit opened on nose... the guy did not inform me politely instead he told me in rude way to get out even after informing on my breathing problem... I would encourage management to handle customers in a polite way ... I came out but this one was rude..

Hamleys is the best you shop in Coimbatore. It is located at the Prozone mall in Coimbatore. A spacious store with well arranged sections,good displays and demos. The sales team are very friendly and eager to help. Ample room to move around and decide what to buy. The checkout is fast and you would want to comeback again.
