I am new in Coimbatore and facing problem with language as I am from North India. I went to Brookefiels Mall, Coimbatore and was easily able to shopp without much conversation with anyone. Also people were able to understand English there so it was easierme to do shopping there. Me and my husband enjoyed yummy burger at Burger King (inside Brookefiels) also.

Big mall in Coimbatore, mall had all branded clothing shops , mobile stores, restaurant.Bad thing is floor signs not clear, need floor maps . Important thing for eaters in restaurants in this mall is they wont accept money or cards ,need to buy foodcard by prepayment and any balance will be refunded back if you return the card. They will give round of money and they wont give change and we need to loose that amount. Simple calculation is if balnce amount is ₹38.23 then you will get ₹38.You will loose ₹28 paise. For individual it may be nothing and people will laugh if you ask that change. If you think for public then if 5000 people buying thay food card and they loose ₹28 paise then they will get around ₹35000 , which is big amount all of us loosing.

The spar has its own small Cafe, the quality & the price range is quite moderate.You also had wheel chair accessible facilities. Also you have various shops for shopping & entertainment.There is a food court on the 3rd floor which is also well maintained and well spaced (compared to Prozone & Fun Republic) regularly. The food court holds wide range of brands including some famous brands like KFC, McD, Dominos, Pizza Hut & so on.....The fourth floor holds the SPI cinemas (now owned by the PVR). The movie experience also one of the main attraction of the mall. When compared to other movie theaters in the city the SPI cinemas in the mall is better, I would say.For PUB goers there is a happy news. The Sherlocks pub. It has its own dedicated space & entrance. The Pug is quite a well spaced one & has a very good atmosphere. Almost various top liquor brands are available here.I loved the mall from the very beginning & it is the one which I would prefer to go in Coimbatore. Great place for shopping. Price is comparatively high. Nice experience inside the mall. But always undergoing some construction projects and never seen perfect as completed. Some escalators are not working. Some of the let outs are being vacant. Good view from the top floor. There are much recreational site available all the way. There was a snow fantasy show created to experience real snow places but the entry fee was too high, around rs.700 per hour. Thry should reconsider their pricing system. Except price you will feel all others with good experience.
