Good hospital , professional doctors ,well trained nurse , quality and safe treatment for eye problems

I would not believe that a hospital can give this kind of world class services without money if I did not attend their for my wifes operation. Its a lifetime experience from gate keeper to doctors all are very very sensitive & attentive ... actthey are next to God only.... I wish all the best...Best hospitality alo g with best treatment I ever seen.

Polite and efficient hospital staff.Good Hygiene. But they didnt give the test results saying I shall be getting them prior to the cataract operation. Also counselors werent forthcoming regarding fees. Coming down in descending order of rates. Though I had medical insurance they said only Rs. 15,000/= can be claimed, rest I need to pay. Cancelled the operation.

Rude behaviour lady staff in optical section.only money minded..worst

Worst behaviour from staffs.Nursesarent kind enough to patients. Nurses are not adjusting the testing machine to the height of patient. Rude behaviour of staffs. Seats are made of steel that they damage the patients and visitors hands. Testing staffs dont have much knowledge

Good place for everything related to eyes. You can get spects made, buy contact lenses, get your eye checked, meet a doctor, get operation done for eye conditions like Cataract, Glaucoma, etc. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very slow and they keep us waiting for too long for no reason. Poor staff and process.

Worst service... Too delayed process. A patient should wait atleast an hour to have computer eye test. Consulting is not in order basis. Its in random as per the staff mindset. Is it a hospital or some other place. First experience and bitter one... Horrible hospital..Not worth for one star too

A charity hospital. Quick service. Very low price. Every month last Sunday free eye camp for Cataract from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. If required surgery next day Costs ₹ 950/ only. On other days concession for poor patients ₹1500/- for surgery.

Very poor administration and lack of coordination. Patient with appointment was sent back since doctor is busy with some other urgent job. Can they not inform the patient in advance?

I was here for the lasik surgery and the doctors were really experienced. The lady doctor who did the treatment to me has made me very comfortable inside operation theatre and did the correction in some 15 mins. Facility wise they are good enough and run by some trust.

Hospitable maintenance is Good, staff is polite, no queues, queuing is computerised.However this branch is limited to basic eye services only. There is no paediatric. For paediatric services they will ask you to visit their Avinashi branch which is 10km away from this TABLETS Puram branch.map not directing to correct location but to surroundings about 1 km away.
