Location was so perfect on the main road and very easy to find..oh the first view made me feel so pleasant that I couldn’t wait to step in and have a wonderful evening with my family and have an yummy ice cream.It was easy process, a huge big menu of 90above varieties were listed, it was a big task to select which, I felt going with my heart and selected red velvet and death by chocolate. It was quick on my table, the creamy ice cream were so yummy, I can’t put in words plz visit there store for they tasty experience.There had even other snacks like sandwiches.The staff where well trained and friendly service, place was well maintained with neat washroom.A right place to spend a pleasant evening with friends and family.Thank you for such pleasant and wonderful experience.

Great place with delicious tasty ice creams. We had sizzler brownie. We liked it so much which is enough to feed two people.

This is my first experience with Polar bear, and it has turned out to be one of the best experience. One of the best place to explore for ice cream lovers especially for the love of sundaes. The entire ambience makes you crave for more deserts. There are varietys to make your taste buds explore for more. Service is very pleasing and pleasant. This is our third visit as a family. We went late night but still we could see the place half filled. Was able to click some pics of the store and of course the delicious icecreams.

One can try this place if they have a sweet tooth. You get good milk shakes and ice creams.

Not so often I was treated so warmly when I opened the door of a restaurant or a parlor at 10:45 in the night. So, we went in for a quick icecream and were treated very special although the guys in there were so busy cleaning the floor. Please visit polar bear, the icecream sundae zone, Opposite Royal palm,Cheran ma nagar. A cozy place to have your favourite ice creams. Friendly staff who helped us getting the right mix of sundaes with enough of topping. If its icecream it has to be enjoyed at Polar Bear. Have tried almost all the flavours of sundaes offered in the tubs. Would recommend it for a family treat. Will definitely be visiting quite often 😜

This new Polar bear has the best ambience. The place was super tidy.But for the ice creams i would say they would need to improve alot. I have had ice creams in polar bear Bangalore I would say the taste differs drastically.The DBC was very average and the quantity was very less too. Whiped cream totally reduced the flavor and there was very less chocolate in it. Was like a regular choco brownie vanilla mix.

To talk about the Pros, Ambience is really good. Well air-conditioned. Very neat and hygenic.To talk about the Cons,1. EXPENSIVE for the quantity they provide. I ordered a dish with whip cream on top, THERE WAS HARDLY ANY WHIP CREAM ON MY DISH! There was very less ice cream in the dish I ordered. Please increase the scoop size.2. Hot fudge brownie is supposed to be heated and put on the table with vanilla ice cream on top, THE BROWNIE WAS COLD AND DIDNT SEEM LIKE A HOT FUDGE BROWNIE AT ALL.3. I also ordered a sandwich, THERE WAS VERY LESS STUFFING IN IT. PLEASE PROVIDE ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE WE PAY !4. THE FLAVOR OF THE ICE CREAMS, THE TASTE OF THE BROWNIE AND LAVA CAKE WAS GOOD. ENJOYED THAT PART.This is my honest review, hope you dont get offended. Looking forward for my second experience at polar bear.

Polar Bear is our favorite to go place. Glad that this sundae zone is close to my house. Their DBC is ultimate and a must try! Their customer service is amazing. Not only sundaes, their sandwiches are fresh and flavorful too.. As a family, all of us enjoyed our 1st visit to this newly opened branch. This is going to be our weekend family relaxing space.

Very decent one with good ambience. Quite a lot of varieties available. The falooda which was supposed to be served in layers was not served as such, looked like a smoothie rather. Taste is good of all the items. Mango Chilli sorbet cubes is a bit different and tasted good.

Very high price comparing to boomarag or ibaco and other leading brand ice creams

A new destination for ice-cream and sundae lovers in Coimbatore. Landed here by suggestion and its worth it. Lychee sundae #1 in our order. Alphonso mango sorbet was something new to try. Gotta wait a little but not so long, definitely worth the wait.

Good ambience! Quality is average!I had kesar kulfi and the essence and the syrupy flavour was high!We also had Tiramisu. Brownie was hard and less spongy which made our overall experience average!
