I just love garlic bread and Cappuccino latte so well & people here are often in a queue for getting their loved things and have a happy time.❤️ Its a better place for office colleagues to discuss about their normal routine as well!!

Compared to other CCDs, ambience is not good....Generally I used to enjoy CCD food.But here food was less tasty, cappuccino was like warm water, not at all hot. ...

Clueless guy on counter... You order a spinach and corn cheese sandwich and he asks you a trick question... single or double cheese. Youd think single cheese is what comes by default and you dont want anymore, so you say single. When he bills it, its about 50 more than the display rate. When you ask why, he says its for the extra cheese. There youre foxed ... What extra cheese... You never asked for it!!! So people dont fall for the trick question... Your sandwich has cheese... Without your asking for extra cheese the chap there asks you single or double.

Classic cold coffee was awsome. Worth for the money.One can have their own time and leisure. On the whole it will be a peacefull experience.

I had the bitter experience of waiting for over One hour since the time of billing for my drink. The place wasnt over crowded, yet the order was not delivered for over an hour. After walking over to the counter to enquire, the waiter says it would take another 15 minutes. The reason given was that they had a faulty equipment. They could have at least intimated, instead of making me wait for an hour.They did try to compensate by giving custard pastries as a complementary.I will take this review down if the service gets better next time I visit.

Worst staff...! Poor ambience, staff themselves disrupt the serenity by playing indecent audios on their mobiles, theyre not so customer-friendly...! AC is assistant commissioner here...Especially, they allow customers with concubines only...

Its not so neat..ac dont work properly there..all old chairs and tables..not so gud place..very less items to choose..but located at main place, so no other way..we have to go there..

I regularly visit this place because I love to eat cappuccino double espresso and cakes very much but now days they are not maintain the stock and staff also cannot be like to supply special product

CCD might be a run of the mill brand, available in every nook and corner... Their food is very mediocre and some even border on bad.The 5 star rating is for the service offered by the baristas in this particular branch. There is something very warm and welcoming about them.Will definitely visit if I want to relax with a coffee here.

Upstairs A.C not working. Had a tough time due to that. My devils own cold coffee was too sweet with loads of cream and less ice cream. Overall not satisfied.

It Ill take atleast 10 to 15 mins to get delivered.Good place to sit and finish if there is any work in laptop. Mostly there Ill be no crowd at all here. Only evening times it Ill be little crowded.Cafe is very neat and clean. Common Restroom available for male and female. Restrooms very neat and clean.Ground and first floor is there, 30 to 35 people can occupy here at a time. Outdoor sitting also available which is open view to avinashi main road.Good ambiance and located in heart of the city. Clearly visible from avinashi main road. Parking available for two wheelers in front of the cafe. Parking four wheeler is bit difficult here.Overall its a good and decent cafe. Only thing which they should improve is their service ( attenders ).

An average CCD ambiance with the same food that is served every time everywhere in all the CCD across the nation. The card machine here fails to work every time i have visited and thus i have to take an extra effort to go to the ATM.

Worst coffee day experience..No rest room, no credit card machine, no chocolate ice cream, no cream for devils own, dirty tables and very poor service.

They didnt have internet connection to add or reduce cofe beans. The a.c is not working so the heat inside the shop is more than the outter.

Typical Cafe Coffee Day outlet, nice interiors, good furniture and mild music. Same great taste of eatable, shakes, juice and refreshers.

Worst place ever, very bad customer serviceDidnt even switch on TV for live match and AC after asking for 30 mins and later on requesting again, replied TV repaired. TV light is on and everything is fine still...

Worst customer service ever. This was one of the worst coffee experience in my lifetime. I dont have any comment about the coffee quality and taste.Person named S.Robin played with harsh words even after maintaining my dignity level in words. People at the service desk have 0 (zero) English knowledge. Throw away my bills to dustbin and searched without care when I asked for it.Attendees are ready to show up their monitor for bills but not in papers.Worst of all they doubt ever care about complaints and the system how CCD works. S.Robin challenged me to complain about him on the floor. This shows how CCD cares about the complaints and customers.This will be my last visit to CCD!

Ac was not working. No card service and also no Paytm or MobiKwik. Worst experience had at CCD.
