Nothing but 5 star experiences with Dr. Shah and his staff. Its an older office with a homey feel. Hes got great calm confident energy and always makes me feel special. My wife and I have referred a lot of people to him and never regretted doing so. Hes also able to squeeze us in when we need to see him right away. He once told me he made a choice to keep a slower schedule so he could better serve his clients and at the same time preserve his own health.I really like Dr. Shah. I considered not reviewing him because I often wonder how he could take on more patients. We often think we should keep him a secret.

Dr. Shah and his wife Dr. Doshi are both great! They are both very skilled and attentive to their patients. Although their practice is busy at times, that just goes to show how many patients come to them and that they do not rush while speaking to their patients. I even switched my PCP from another doctor to here after noticing how great their care was with my grandmother.

Wouldve been helpful for you to verify the insurance isnt taken there over the phone when I made the appt. Instead of wasting my day. Rude office staff.

Terrible office staff. Absolutely awful. I had an appt at 130, had never been there before. I walked in, literally sat there for 30 min in the waiting room and not 1 SINGLE PERSON said anything to me. Not hello, well be right with you, have you been here..... Nothing. While I was there I could hear them talking bad a about another patient. Horrified, I left. They called me 10 min later to ask if I still wanted to be seen and I said no. No offer to reschedule, nothing. Then they put I was a no show in my chart! I called to speak with a manager and they said she doesnt have a voicemail? I called back and left a message. Ive heard great things about the Drs but the staff was so bad Ill never go back.

Dr. Shah is a wonderful doctor but his staff is horrific. When I have an urgent matter I cannot get in to see him in less than a week. When I have an appointment I still wait in the lobby for at least an hour, then the exam room for another 30 minutes on average. A prescription he wrote me was not covered by my insurance and it took his staff four days of my insurance, my pharmacy, and myself calling to tell Dr. Shah there was a problem. He took care of it the same day. He desperately needs new staff.

Dr.Shah has been my primary doctor for over 15 years. The entire staff, Dr.Doshi and Dr.Shah are an awesome team. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Shaw actually listens. Terrific doctor and caring staff.

DR. SHAH is my family physician over 3 year , great doctor and in my case he helped my father a lot in case of his heart problem diagnosis , his diabetes control and manage blood pressure .Also when my father has any problem ; he spend time and give honest , professional opinion about condition .I am thankful to him for all his help to my parents .
