My grandson and I are so excited about setting up our first fish tank so I ordered some supplies online from PetSmart. My first experience was calling the store to confirm that my order was there and ready for pickup. I spoke with Lonnie who has excellent customer service skills and confirmed my order was ready for pickup. 👌 I also explained that we were new at setting up the Aquarium and had some questions. Lonnie answered a few questions and also said that when I arrive at the store if I had additional questions that Tyree, the expert in the fish department would be happy to assist. 😊 Tyree is definitely a fish expert and didnt mind educating me on how to keep the fish healthy. He also assisted me with a few more purchases. Tyree and I even had a good laugh when I asked how I could make the background decorated picture fit in the tank. 🤣 Well little did I know the picture is supposed to be adhered to the outside of the tank. PetSmart has very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I look forward to spending a lot of time at the store learning about how to care for my fish and the Aquarium. Thank you 😊

I have taken my Dog to the Clarksville Petsmart for grooming twice and both times were excellent. The staff is friendly and went over everything that was included in my package also the area is clean. Cayla did an excellent job grooming my Dog.

Picked up my aquarium stand here from an online order. Bought countless aquarium decorations, gravel, dog/cat treats from here. The employees are always extremely nice. Definitely my favorite pet store around the area. I had to get a refund for an aquarium plant recently also, and it went super smooth. Got my money back, they took the plant and all was well:)

I take my schnauzer here for grooming. The groomers are friendly and do an excellent job. The pricing can be a bit high but is in line with most grooming salons.

Your fish tanks are in horrible condition. The customer service and knowledge is horrible. I usually try to find something good to say but even your pricing on other pet products is higher than other local places. Pet co and greentree pet center is more knowledgeable better customer service so i will go to one of them for all my pets needs.

Absolutely loved it. My pup had the best experience with the groomers for his clean up appointment and they helped me find the best bed/shampoo for him!!

Overall a great experience. All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Spoke a little to the dog trainer and he was able to give me some tips for some issues weve been having. Definitely plan to signup for some training classes for both of my dogs.

PetSmart is an amazing place especially if you are looking for a great companion. Everything you need is here. Including food, toys, collars, cages, and beds. There is even a grooming center in the back of the store. If you are looking for food or a bed they have great deals. Overall I would not choose anywhere else to go besides PetSmart.

I used to love PetSmart Grooming, but they keep cancelling my appointments and not telling me and they take MONTHS to book in advance. WARNING ⚠️ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am now on my second no reason no call cancellation and my dog has gone over 3 months without being groomed. RIDICULOUS

I got fish from Daqualan and he did not tell me anything about the setup and size of the tank I don’t think he cares about any living thing in that store and to think he is a manager! He was very rude to me and other customers as well as employees. Someone like him should not lead the store! Absolutely upset!

Just got a new Cane Corso puppy and took him shopping at PetSmart before bringing him home for the first time lol he was a little scared but he loved all the toys, treats and attention he got while being there.

Wow this was the first time I had been there and I love it. They have anything and everything that you could think of even live animals. Prices are so so some things are expensive but we got stuff on sale as well I love the outfits

Friendly staff and a great selection of supplies for all sorts of pets including reptiles.I just hope they properly take care of their snakes as usually these places have a bad track record with that so if you must buy one here itd be helpful to the critter and youd want to get them young and fast before any health problems could occur from lack of proper care .

Don’t even bother trying to adopt a pet from this store. My family and I were trying to adopt two precious kittens (6 months old) recently and was rejected because we have children and we are planning on moving IN 8 MONTHS! They suggested that we wait until after we move. We’ve been without a pet in our home since last Thanksgiving and for us to wait 8 months or longer to add a couple of loving kittens to our family is a joke. I just don’t think their reason behind the rejection was valid at all. We are homeowners. We have zero records of violence or drug abuse in our family. Those poor cats are stuck in cages, but apparently they are better off in a pet store than in a loving home. So make sure if you do decide to adopt from these people, don’t give away too much personal information. That was my mistake. Just fill out the adoption form and that’s it. Good luck to those kittens and all of the other ones in that tiny room. Hopefully they are paired with a family very soon and not stuck in that awful place.

Always fast and well organized. I commute here because of the lack of selection for cats where I live. I am very particular on how I feed my animals and care for them. This is the perfect place for picky pet parents and the animals always have clean environments and are pretty fat and sassy. Excellent place.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an issue with making a tag. A staff member noticed us talking and asked if he could help. He offered that we exchange ours for another one to try again. We opted against it, but it was nice to have the option. He also commented on our puppy.

While I typically prefer locally owned pet stores the staff at this PetSmart are really helpful and very nice. They have a large pet grooming area, geckos, snakes, reptile supplies, etc. We buy meal worms here for our gecko.

Went to go buy some Koi fish to fill our pond and surprisingly found several to choose from. One of the workers came very quickly to assist me with bagging up the fish. Easy checkout and I was on my way. The fish did not have any problem with joining in our pond with the others. We will definitely be back again if/when we need some more.

I bought a Reversible Crate Pad Quiet Time Defender. When I got ready to use it. I noticed a small sticker in left hand corner...it says Warning Cancer and Reproductive Harm...www.P65 Warnings.ca.gov. I didnt have my glasses on and had my hands full with purse, leash and harness (my dog was back in grooming). Why would PetSmart even sell anything with a chance of harming someones pet! Im calling them tomorrow and asking for my money back.Toni

We have been bringing our little Maltese, Abby, to this location for years, and we have always been very pleased with the grooming. We Have been with Shonna for a couple of years, and could not be be happier. I am including some photos, but Abby hates her picture being taken, so you really cant see her face.

Staff was very friendly, informative, and professional from start to finish. We visited this location to get a beginner aquarium setup for our 9 year old son on April 22, 2020 at 5 pm. The man in the fish department was patient and kind. He walked us along the aquarium wall and answered all questions we had. He walked in front of us with our son telling him about each fish he was interested in and helped us as a family pick a fish, pick the right tank, get all the necessary accessories and walked us through what we would need to do at home to setup and transition the fish to our tank. I cannot remember his name but I will definitely be shopping PetSmart Clarksville for all of our future family animal needs because of the above and beyond customer service this young man provided us during our first experience in the store. Thank you again!

This PetSmart store is amazing! Our puppy, Shiloh, was labeled a hometown hero by local firefighters, as she alerted us of a shed fire in our neighborhood. Due to her actions, we were able to call 911 and homes - and more importantly - lives, were spared. PetSmart agreed to give Shiloh a complimentary grooming, due to her Lassie-like heroism. Erica did a great job and the management was wonderful! We highly recommend PetSmart and so appreciate their commitment to supporting the communities in which they serve!

Came in here with my kids , I own a fair amount of reptiles . Their leopard gecko enclosures made me furious as 15 leopard geckos shared one small enclosure and were stacked on top one another . The snake looked like it hadn’t ate in forever . Nothing was cleaned . I stopped coming here months ago , I will never step in here again .
