No room service for 7 days. What do we pay all that money when you cant get your clean linens, room cleaned trash taken out. And in 2 1/2 months NEVER HAD FLOOR MOPPED

No towels just trifling wont come back here again

Its was a descent place. At was kinda loud from people and cars going by. It was an ok place to rest your head. But not highly recommended.

Super nasty place I left the moment I walked in the room not for 78 I would never it was blood on the walls and mold in the bath room all in the shower yuck🗣

Rest Inn on Central Parkway in Cincinnati, OH has been completely renovated. Everything is new and beautiful. It was the most comfortable relaxing sleep I have ever had. The name says it all REST. For sure this is a cozy peaceful place. I am so proud of how clean and nice this place has become. I definitely recommend this to everyone now that it is refreshed with new items.

Its a pet friendly place and is reasonable on rates

Literally locked out of my room and the office is closed and can’t get ahold of ANYONE to let me in my room, payed $65 just to sleep in my car in the parking lot while it’s 28°

They are remolding the rooms and the room I had was not completed.

ROACH INFESTED LADY AT FRONT DESK MISERABLE NASTY WOMAN SOME ROOMS MORE ROACHES THAN OTHERS I CHECKED N AND THE COVERS WHERE DIRTY AN THE TOILET HAD HUMAN WASTE DRIED RITE ON TOP THE MICROWAVE EVEN HAD DEAD ROACHES IN IT AN CLIMBING EVERYWHERE DONT HAVE FOOD IN THE ROOMS THE ROACHES ARE SERIOUS. THIS PLACE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ONLY PERSON WITH SENSE AN KNOWS HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE OLD WHITE GUY.. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO BE ON THEM

The only good things are, the beds are a nice size, you at least get a fridge and microwave. They have cable too. Downside is the showers arent the best. Some rooms have tubs, some dont. Housekeeping could be improved... The housekeepers have attitudes, they ALWAYS forget to give you things, and sometimes dont even bother offering to service your room. Some rooms are just filthy. Your gonna have drug dealers/users, prostitutes, pimps, and all other kinds of unpleasant type of people hanging around...The front desk manager that also lives there with 2 big dogs is rude too. They need a big upgrade! The $65 you pay a night isnt even worth it..

It appears as though a handyman tried to decorate and repair the rooms. For the price charged go somewhere else. Pitiful!!!

Dump if your a crack hoe or a drug addict this is the place for you its a real dump rooms are so dirty Im surprised the board of health hasnt closed this place down.. It was so nasty I slept in my car instead of the room the staff is rude and they are all on drugs you can smell the weed..Never do here

The woman who at the front desk is very rude and when I asked for wash clothes, she says I couldnt get any until housekeeping arrived at 10 a. and it was 7 am. I know its a cheap motel but thats ridiculous.

Why will you NOT answer your office phone!!!! We have been trying for hours. My friend just stayed in your place and left her tablet in the room and now we cannot reach ANYONE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is pathetic!!!!!!!

Shower needs to be remodeled, light sockets dont work, the hotel needs a serious makeover. Housekeeper said she would bring me clean towels never received them.

The price was 1/3 of the price of a hotel that got a decent review, but I came home with a bad smell I just couldnt get rid of easily, that came as a result of the room smelling.
