Its not a library its a mental torture.even 2g is better than its wifi. the caretaker is like undertaker. at the time of fee he becomes alive after that he disapper as if he doesnt even exist in this world. neither he listen to your problems nor he pick or reply your calls.you cant even head down here because people get distracted (although the caretaker can sleep here for saveral hours and snore loudly but thats ok because it will increase the concentration )although you have paid the fee but you cant turn on AC because owner has to pay the electricity bill (yes that lame reason he gives every time). so i suggest you that if you are rich enough and dont care about money ... donate it to poors but dont even have a thought of joining this library.This is not a library, it is a mental torture.
