Although the store is big, there dont seem to be different sizes in a lot of items. Also, there is limited variety of brands in each category. Theres always a huge queue for billing. Vegetables and fruits are pretty good, but you should have patience to get them weighed. Still probably one of the best places for good bargains.

Everything is available and with very reasonable price. Good to have Reliance SMART store at Chittoor. Many offers and quality of the products is also good.

Im not happy with the billing people behavior, I had my billing and that counter dont have swipe machine, he gave a slip and asked me to goto 1st counter to swipe card. 1st counter billing guy is busy he asked me to goto next counter, there also he didnt bill since he is busy with other billings. I came back to my counter where I had my billing and asked whats happening. He rudely replied that, pay by cash or leave the product. One more lady also disappointed with the same issue.Being a customer why should I run behind the counter to swipe my card. No body there to respond to customer issues. Horrible experience with Reliance Smart today.Even the store is not maintaining covid guidelines. Many customers are not wearing masking and maintaining social distance.

Is this the way you treat people???? Making people to pay extra charges for extended warranty and denying people request and making public to wait for more and more days will reflect you in future.....Publishing broadly as public friendly, reliance representatives not even answering my call...... If my service request not processed within 2 days then i have no other way than consulting consumer court and drag you people in front of Judiciary....

Its..good time to visit in weekends and festival times..then we will be getting offers on some items and for purchasing above 1000..we get 1kg..sugar free..and for 5000..we will be getting..some flours..

Reliance store we are great full to the reliance family to have. Reliance smart in the rural come town area chittoor...we are Great full to have. Such a big mart in the chittoor town ... We have great discounts that which a mid family can. Also be achieved and we ha e the great happiness every time we go here we get some discount all time we have fresh items and recently they launched jio mart from which we can get anything from the home itself....

I have bought Patanjali 2kg detergent powder but in bill it showed 5kg.After that they cleared my issue.

Very good hypermarket in Chittoor. Almost everything is available. Space is very huge with optimal parking space. Staffs are helpful and courageous. Prices are very competitive and less than other retailers in Chittoor. Avoid shopping in weekend to avoid rush and big Q. Much recommended.

Worst point of sale and worst maintenance over weighing vegetables and fruits...why don’t they increase staff when the footfalls are high...definite place to get COVID... I had to wait for 30 mins just to get billed ...what a pity...I hope someone takes action

Good thing is it is one of big super market in chittoor. We will get groceries, home appliances,tv etc.,.Other end, always check billing rates before leaving counter , difference in billing rate and shown price. All products are in big packs. Trolley and baskets are kept messy.

Not so great. The stock of all unsold goods come here 🤣🤣🤣. Very very low quality of items. No transparency on discounts, be careful before picking an item, confirm on the discount first then keep it for billing else at the billing counter they will explain you the transperancy and take higher amount from you. Not every item that says buy 1 get 1free is true. Cheap tricks to sell goods. Not happy with the experience.

Always a long wait at check out.. Check out counters are very few are operational and almost never proportional to people wanting to get out.. Have ended waiting on most occasions for half hour for checkout rarely more than that

Decent place in ctr for shopping, only issue with parking

At 2pm every bill collector escapes from their duties ignoring the customers. We purchased for 14,500/-but they havent helped to pack them. It is better to create customer friendly atmosphere here soon.

I purchased prestige hand blender in Reliance Mart Chittoor. Given for service under warranty on 16th September 2020, still it is not received. Same thing given mail to Prestige to resolve this issue.. who will take action I dont know, but Reliance people not yet given complaint number also. About this type of issues Reliance representatives behaviour is not good, they failed to explain the reason for delay (50 days is enough to resolve any issue)

Its a store in chittoor with quality and reasonable price of goods.

Being supermart, we get almost everything we need. But problem with this store is long payment/cash queues (we shopped for 15mins but waited for 25mins to pay and checkout) and also congested car parking.So if youre in Chittoor, its better to visit another store or use JioMart online service for hassle free experience.

Worst experience in the store. Billing was getting delayed due to server error. They have announced this while shopping. But they failed to tell everyone that cards swipe is not working at all.. people were removing items to accommodate the cash they have. No ATM in the complex as well. If this is how you do business, you are in wrong path.
