Worst architect. Not at all recommended. Simply waste of time and money. We have paid 10000 in December 2019 and they have not given us any receipt at all. Now when we had a rework in Jun 2020 they blamed us saying we din pay them 10000 in December.Not recommended at all. Go for some other consultants.
