Im not ready to give 1 star.... There is no way thats why I am giving single star. . technicians working blindly.. no knowledge about product no training about vehicles..

Worst service.. no one responds properly..even after one month you wont receive your registration date.. staffs are arrogant. Dont buy anything from the showroom

I was cheated 500 rupees, in this showroom/service station, they will not service your vehicle. Even for free service they will give fake invoice and get money, then only they will deliver the vehicle that too without washing it. If we ask they say its for oil change. They have not changed oil also(I doubt they have not put oil). Why should one change oil twice in two months for 20 km ride.

Not maintained timing and labours not adequate I had waited arround more than six hours to do service my bike.Naveen and mechanics were good

I was visited to this showroom for my Tvs Ntorq Service...after service issues is not resolved.....compare to other cities like Bangalore, Tumkur and Davanagere in this showroom Labour Charges is costly ...they dont know minimum basic knowledge about the issues ....not only for me many of my friends also facing same problems.....Dont waste your time and money

TVS two wheelers are good, but dont ever buy in chitradurga, since there is only showroom is available in the whole town, so it may trouble you in bike services, I hope owner is very careless to manage their sales staff as well service staffs, as this i heard it from others, and I experienced personally when I visited to get the quotation for a bike, I experienced a worst and careless response from the staff, whereas in the other bike showrooms it was so good.
