KSRTC is one of the best government run passenger transport in the world. Many of us fail to appreciate the fact. Cheap fare. The staff are very kind and cooperative. They helped me to relieve wash room pressure at odd times during long journey. They also provide information about the place we visit. Their contribution to the development of the state is significant.

Very disciplined staff, need to appreciate the management for applying new tools for increasing revenues n good services. I am using this services since 1994 till date. Very happy with the progress of the buses n services. Airavat, sleeper coaches many ways KSRTC is way ahead of others in India. 👍

Chitradurga ksrtc bus stand is the junction of the Mumbai to Bangalore highway. From this bus stand buses gone through the Bangalore, hubballi, shivamogga, challakere, etc. This was the bus stand have hotels and toilet also. This bus stand is one of the full busiest bus stand. This bus stand is very nearer to the private bus stand.

No doubt Karnataka offers a marvelous transportation. But sometimes they act so weird..god knows why.However, continue to serve your best...

Youll get buses here time to time, but everything written in Kannada( Local language), very few people speak Hindi or English. Friendly people. Little bit crazy about the language. Bus seats all are dusty.. But adjustable. Very crowdy..

So far, satisfied with KSRTC, in case of BMTC needs bit of improvement in public relation is concerned😌

Can be made still better. But comparatively now its good than earlier. The guides and coordinator should assist the passengers. The department people and other public comfortably blocks the path and keeps chatting something silly. Are they fond of chatting then let them choose better place not this place where the people are carrying luggage with senior citizens and small children. Dear unwanted troubles makes please do have courtesy on old age people and other passengers.

We will get bus every 5mins with comfort
