All the positive reviews are paid ones here. Please do not even talk to their customer support when you get call from them as advertising. Its not a loyal company & only till the time of full payment they will maintain the relation and after customer pay full money, then they dont even complete registration in time. And, reg maintainence forget about it. Please do not waste your hard earned money with useless people/management/company

Ive recently bought a plot in BVR. Their service, their management is fabulous as per my experience, all ventures are in prime locations a hope for everyone for bright future and very reasonable for the developments they provide.A best option to people who buy plot in this 👍......!

I have purchased the plot in 2020 at Kadthal when I went to purchase the land condition was good but now its like a jungle and there is no development at all please free advice dont trap into this you will lose your hard earn money.

Ive recently bought a 1 plot in BVR. Honestly its a good to go option for anyone to have a plot in BVR. I recommend it they are very genuine.

Buyers, Prime location lo venture undi ani plot koni mosapokandi. Poor quality of roads.No underground electricity, no coupund wall, no security gad, no entrance arche. We brought a plot at kadhal exactly one year back, still development not completed.

Dont trust this company, fake promise, after agreement again they will ask more money..

I paid token fee, after few days they said that pay extra 600/- if you want east face, then i decided to cancel to buy plot. It was happened in December but till they did not return my token fee. I dont know how many people are suffering as like me .

I booked the plot but not Registering, they are telling always different stories if I ask about registration.
