Good for spending some time here. It is the best place for old age people to walk and spend time here. Walking track is too small for others, but reasonable for ladies and sr.citizens....

This colony is very decent and clam. Surrounding are posh houses and land value has picked up highly in recent past. It might not be an affordable price range to buy there now.
