Its horrible, we took a water purifier (lg)... because they said its the best in market...After installing we found there is 400% water wastage...in a situation like this where we should save water...For 8litres of purified water it is wasting 60 litres of water.

Most unprofessional. We have purchased AC. They told they will install it by 2days, but Hitachi professional did it after 7days. After 11days of installation, the AC is not giving cooling effect.We have asked to resolve the issue but AC world people are not at all cooperating. All the time same excuse we dont have repairers available!!We called Hitachi, they are telling customer details are not registered. They hv simply taken us for granted after getting the payment.

You are not issued receipt on paid service. When confessed about the problem numerous number of times, manager was reluctant to solve the issue. BEWARE, customers are lured with an offer of LIFETIME FREE SERVICING, dont step in the TRAP.
