They sell computers at an average cost and service provided by them are ok and if you ca have some patience then they will sort it out for you. The shop and repairing center are now not the same. Inside a gully by the road side on the opposite side of the road you will get its service center refurnished and now better than before. You will get all kinds of materials and softwares related to computers with added services and variant customizable desktops as well. They accept Gpay, phone pe and net banking as well.

Shivam computer It is very good place. Personally I like this. It is very polite behaviour and useful nature. Anytime you want to visit very useful. I have going to many time for more help in this place . Always help you and to satisfy.

Went there to service my laptop. Apparently, they said that few ICs from the motherboard is bad so they need to replace them. Ofcourse not knowing much about electronics i trusted them. After 2 weeks they gave back my laptop asked me to check, which was working fine but they didnt provide any box or anything for the parts replaced, just an invoice with 4k written. But 6 months henceforth, my laptop is dead again. I took to hp servicing and guess what, they said there was no replaced/ new parts. They cheated and took 4k for the so called replaced parts.

They have decent service. They have all kinds of products here. Anyway great place to buy you PCs and Laptops from.

Servicing experience is great but salesman are are really horrible. They didnt provide you the correct info about the product rather they try to sale their old stokes and try there best to convence you to purchase them.They will trap you at last by saying that if youre not interested right know please gave some token money so we will secure the item as we have only 1 left ...and they try this with everyone.

Place is good but once you have and go for sevice after warrenty they will charge you a higher amount for only seeing this.

I went there to replace my damaged screen of my laptop.............the professionals involved in the service department took no heed...........they checked the issue and noted my name and contact details............no update till now! It is the result of separating the service department from the managers eyes.......

Since its birth myself fonds Shivam computer Chinsurah as its members are caring to some extent good and polite. Staff and after sale services need to extend in respect to old purchased computers and printers on attentive attitude. Computer periferrals prices are justified.

Staff members are really helpful and cooperative. They have almost every pc/laptop accessories.
