Intolerable and cutthroat corporate practice, little or no sense of direction where the company is going, industrial artificial intelligence (AI) projects have chaotic software development and integration approaches. Testing and securing AI applications has no place or priority in organization. AI constantly under haker attracts. Losing internal and customer data is a constant DevOps problem. Management team has no sense of decency, tolerance and patience to take criticism. Full-time employees afraid of speaking out about internal problems, they are afraid to be fired on the spot. Entire SDLC process is completely rigged and has no consistency. I wouldn’t bet on this companys success now and especially in the future. Highly recommended to stay away from Uptake especially when it comes to business, employment or vendor opportunities practice. Company has no specific strategy for success.

Bunch of hippies who believe are at the pinnacle of Success!!! Dont waste your time interviewing here...some of these people come as really arrogant and each is worse dressed than the other...Ive seen homeless people better dressed than these professionals..I spent 4 hours interviewing, each person would ask me the same questions...in total 5 people with no clue of what they were looking for...a total waste of time!!!!

I was forced to use Uptakes software by an employer that had signed an agreement with them and it nearly ruined my work life. The product just didnt work or do what it said it could do. Its like a science project that had gone terribly wrong. Fortunately, after an uproar by my colleagues, my employer realized that Uptakes product isnt what they say it is. I dont know how companies get away with this. I understand the urge to market ahead of capability...but Uptakes product was not even close to functional. Buyers beware. I dont usually write reviews, but had to call this out so others dont go through what we did.
