I recently spent a long weekend in the Arkadia West Loop guest suite while visiting a friend. I felt like a VIP. Check in at the front desk was incredibly easy. I just picked up the keys and headed to the pool. Lauren, in the management office, came by to see if I needed anything when she spotted my friend and I in the game room. That was such a nice touch. The whole staff was so friendly. They even handed out free beers by the pool during Sunday football!I highly recommend Arkadia. Id move there tomorrow if I lived in Chicago.
This building is fantastic. My girlfriend and I moved in in August; Marlene was in touch every step of the way - checking in on us, giving us advice with the parking, etc. I came from a FLATS building that did not have responsive staff, and its apparent that everyone at Arkadia is so helpful and friendly. Welcoming 24/7 front door staff and great amenities are also huge perks, appliances are great, and the walls seem to be great at keeping noise from the neighbors out.
Arkadia is by far the best building I’ve lived in to date. The amenities are kept very clean and everyone in the building is so nice and welcoming. Lauren was amazing in helping me get the apartment of my dreams and also making move in a flawless process. Highly recommend.
Throughout my 3 year stay at Arkadia West Loop, I have enjoyed the wonderful amenities and the friendly management, staff and community overall. The location is quiet, yet close to everything: urgent care clinic in the same building, Walgreens across the street, walking distance from 2 supermarkets, many great restaurants in Greektown/Fulton Market, and downtown Chicago is a short train or bus ride away. The apartments are extremely quiet, made of excellent materials, and has topnotch appliances. The maintenance team was very quick and professional in addressing any issue as well.Thank you to the Arkadia team and community for this awesome experience. Arkadia is definitely a top choice if/when I move back to Chicago.
My boyfriend and I moved into Arkadia in February of 2021 and our experience living here has been fantastic. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed to our new space and the events that Arkadia hosts are awesome! Highly recommend living here!
This view is strictly for the leasing office at the Bozzuto Group (who manages the Arkadia).Communication/information was all over the place, they are unwilling to accommodate same-day showings (even when there are extenuating circumstances), and they are unwilling to budge on their concessions when the timer runs out (even when the communication issues are what got you there in the first place). It almost made me feel like I was working for them, not vice versa. Out of all the buildings Ive seen in the West Loop, my experience with this leasing office was the worst, which surprised me even given their stellar reviews.Exception: Patrick was helpful, but personal emails would probably make this office better. When other people stepped in, it was very difficult to get any answers (and quickly).
Just moved out and would have stayed another year if we didn’t buy a condo. Norma and Booker at the front desk are awesome and I will miss having them. The maintenance staff is great and very friendly. Would highly recommend living here to anyone!
Living at Arkadia has been a delightful experience! Great location, beautiful building, awesome staff and residents, and a plethora of amenities offered. Having moved to Chicago from North Carolina back in August, Arkadia has been an awesome community in terms of getting acclimated to a whole new city. All the residents are young yet respectful and the staff here goes out of their way to make you feel extra welcome. I would like to give a special shout out to Norma as she always has a smile on her face and is always goes above and beyond!
Arkadia is an amazing place to live. Location - amazing! There are parks, delicious restaurants, and convenient groceries all nearby. Staff- amazing! It’s so great to live in a place where the staff can greet you by name (big shout out to Norma and Rodrick). We’ve always felt really welcome. Amenities- amazing! The gym is always clean and has everything you could need, I love laying out in the hammocks by the pool, free printing, board games; literally anything you could need (and don’t forget the free breakfasts and pop ups). We’ve lived here almost a year now, and I have loved every day of it :) Five stars, would definitely recommend
Ive lived in Arkadia for eight months and have greatly enjoyed my time here. The outdoor area on the amenities floor is incredible during the summer and fall, with so much to enjoy. The building has a younger feel, but everyone is very respectful of each other and I havent experienced any loud/crazy behavior. One of the buildings biggest strengths is its staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The management actually listens to individual issues and suggestions, but then works very hard to remedy those situations. I havent had one issue here that wasnt quickly fixed. The entire staff also makes it a point to know your name and make you feel at home. Ive lived in other West Loop high rises and Im happy I made the move over to this building.
Arkadia West Loop provides a top notch service for living in the downtown area. The amenities they provide are worth the price tag. The neighborhood is nice and you can find almost everything nearby.
We had a privilege of staying in the guest suite at Arkadia. We flew in from Texas and our friends booked us the guest suite here. Everything was amazing from the warm welcoming front desk to the outstanding views of the city to the amenities. I truly loved being in the West loop/greektown so many options to go to I wish we stayed longer to visit them all. If we ever have a chance to move back to Chicago Arkadia will be the home for us.
I have lived at Arkadia coming up on four years now and have loved this community so much. It has great access to all that west loop has to offer and the amenities are incredible. What makes the experience here different than every other apartment building in the west loop is the staff. They are all so nice, helpful and kind. I have to give a special shout out to Norma at the front desk. She is amazing at her job and always puts a smile on my face. Thank you for all that you do, Norma!
Arkadia is an amazing community! No matter where you are in the building, the views are stunning, (from jaw-dropping sunset views towering over the west side to unbeatable city views featuring the Willis). The apartments themselves are wonderful sizes with lovely finishes. I adore all the natural sunlight that comes from the massive windows. As far as amenities go, theyre incredibly modern and inviting spaces, (updated party room, outdoor space with a huge pool, fitness center, work from home space - you name it). The greatest perk is definitely the staff. The Arkadia team is incredibly focused on providing a positive resident experience. From the amazing resident events to the individualized service, youll never feel like just a number in a high-rise. Shoutout to Lauren in particular for her consistently positive energy and her unwavering willingness to go above and beyond. Such a great community to consider as a future home!
I just moved here a little over a month ago and have enjoyed every bit of it. My SW facing views are incredible and the area is perfect. Norma at the front desk is the best and truly engages with all the residents! My pup loves to go behind the desk to say hi to her :) I cannot wait for the outdoor area to open up and truly take advantage of all the great amenities that Arkadia has to offer.
Arkadia West Loop is well built and in a great neighborhood. One of the best features is how quiet the apartments are. The leasing staff are very friendly and helpful and all maintenance issues are promptly taken care of.The main problem I have with the building is the front desk. There is a 24/7 concierge and that was a requirement I had when looking at different apartments. However, at Arkadia those working the position send anyone up and 9/10 just tell guests to wait for the next person who uses elevator. I have not once been called to approve a guest arriving which makes me apprehensive about the security of the building.
Excellent building and location. Fantastic staff. Norma and Booker are all time wonderful. Lauren, Amy and Michael have been fantastic in the leasing office. Great units and pool deck. Adding a squat rack/smith machine in the gym would really put a bow on everything.
We have lived in Arkadia for 9 months and we love it here! The office staff are so friendly and really go out of their ways to make you feel at home. Maintenance is very responsive and often fixes problems the same day. The front desk staff is also terrific, especially Norma. In addition to the building itself, you really can’t beat the location.
Love living here! From Lauren in management Norma at the desk, and Eric in maintenance this place is a community of awesome people. We always feel right at home as soon as we enter the building. Our fur babies feel like they have extended family here :)
We have lived here for almost two years and have had an amazing experience. We love our unit, the view, the location - can’t beat it. The maintenance team and front desk staff all go above and beyond. Can’t say enough amazing things about them. We love you Norma!
The staff at Arkadia has been amazing! They are always so friendly and welcoming and have helped us with questions and requests promptly. We have also been so fortunate with our new kittens, as Lauren and Amy have offered to check in on them while we were out of town. They gave them food and water, played with them and even sent us pictures! It provided comfort for us while we were away. We appreciate the help so much, thank you Arkadia!!
I’ve only been here for a few months, however the management and staff have been nothing but great! Norma is very nice and always has a smile on her face! I love living at Arkadia.
Best place I’ve ever lived! Shout out to Lauren, Norma and Eric for being awesome at what you do! Our doggies give their love too, because you can’t beat free daily treats after a long walk.
It has been great living here! Super convenient location, several groceries stores, great restaurants, and parks, all within walking distance. The management team is great and maintenance is always really fast. The front desk staff are wonderful and super friendly, especially Norma!
Living at Arkadia is a luxury experience! The amenities are great and all of the staff go above and beyond to make it feel like home (especially since during Quarantine it’s also a lot of our offices!) Norma always has a smile on her face and is great to talk to! She was actually the first person after I got engaged right after quarantine started I was able to show my ring to in person and not on Zoom or FaceTime!
I have been at Arkadia for almost six years and I love living here! The staff are some of the friendliest people ever - especially Norma! Everyone goes above and beyond if I need help with something. It’s also a great location - quick walking distance to everything great in the West Loop.
All of the front desk workers are great, especially Norma. I have no idea how she does it, but she is somehow able to remember who everyone is and whether or not they have a package waiting to be picked up. She’s the best!
Norma at the front desk is the best! I have lived in Arkadia for 5 years now and she is so very caring and and kind. She really makes Arkadia feel like home.
Arkadia is absolutely great, especially the incredible staff! We love all of our Arkadia staff members, but Norma consistently makes my day! She always has the biggest smile on her face and truly is a huge part of our life at Arkadia! Thanks Norma & the rest of the Arkadia team!
Arkadia has a wonderful team of staff! I always feel comfortable taking my clients there because I know they will be taken care of! Laura, Paul, Christian, Amy, Michel just to name a few always go the extra mile in helping make sure my clients are welcomed home!
My wife and I have lived in Arkadia for 3 years now and are sad to move out! The staff are all great, especially Norma and Eric! Overall great living experience in the West Loop. Would certainly recommend to others.
West Loop is a cool neighborhood, and Arkadia is the perfect community! There is a great variety of amenities, and outdoor pool is so nice in the summer. The staff is also great—Norma always welcomes us back and makes us feel at home !
Im so happy we decided to live here! Building management and staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, and there have been so many fun giveaways/events. The front desk staff, (big shoutout to Norma), is always so helpful and a delight to talk to!
Living at Arkadia the last 2-3 years has been fantastic. The amenities are great and the onsite staff is phenomenal - shout out to Norma and the maintenance team! Great location close to the loop and some awesome restaurants.
Arkadia is a great place to live. The location is excellent and the building is very good. I like all the employees, especially Norma. She is very helpful, friendly and kind. Norma is the best!
I’ve been living in Arkadia a little over a year and a half and couldn’t have imagined being welcomed into Chicago better! The management team always has events planned for the residents (Covid friendly of course) with little giveaways and the maintenance team is so prompt and friendly. Special shout-out to Norma who checks in to see how we’re doing and always get a laugh out of me! She also makes sure to give Charlie a doggie treat when she sees her. Thanks to the entire staff for making my transition to Chicago unforgettable!
I’m so happy to call Arkadia home and truly cannot say enough good things about the building, the team and Bozzuto management company. When I moved a few months ago, I knew I’d be in a beautiful building with an awesome location, what I didn’t know is how amazing the whole staff would be. From top to bottom, everyone is helpful, polite and kind. They truly take care of their residents and go above and beyond to make them feel at home. I’m so happy to be here and would highly recommend to anyone considering a West Loop move.
I’ve been living at Arkadia for almost a year now. I love it! Norma, is always so welcoming and friendly whether it’s saying hello, or helping with packages.
5 stars for Norma!!! She is the absolute best concierge and welcomes everyone with a smile. We appreciate her!
Its been almost 2 years since I moved to Chicago and Arkadia, and my experience living here has been amazing. Perfect location, clean building, great amenities and friendly mgmt team and staff - a big shout out to Norma!
I have lived in 2 different units here since 2016. The Arkadia team is amazing and once the community moved under the Bozzuto umbrella the community, team, and amenities only got better. We love living here.
Just wanted mention Norma, she’s one of the sweetest people I know and will always brighten your day.
My favorite part about living in Arkadia is the amazing staff - particularly Norma. Her friendliness always makes Arkadia feel that much more like home for me!
Norma is amazing! Her smile can brighten up anyone’s day! Arkadia would not be the same without her :)
Norma is a best doorman! She makes it feel like home and always pay attention to the residents ! We love you,Norma!
We love living at Arkadia! Our dog Branson especially loves catching treats from Norma!
Lived here for 6 months and have never felt so cared for!
Just moved into the building and so far everything is great! Love the apartment and the area, cant wait to use more of the amenities later on.
Norma was my first friend in Chicago when I pulled up to with my U-haul! She greeted me with open arms a year and a half ago, and she has been nothing but kind since then! Thank you for always looking out for us, Norma!
Where do I begin? At the BEGINNING...because I may very well be the longest standing tenant in the building. I moved in just 3 months after the building opened and am still here. Thats saying something!Ive been through ownership, management, and staffing changes, as well as cosmetic changes. Ive been very happy at Arkadia Tower. The location is perfect...as everything I need is within a one - three block radius. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The management staff, Paul and Lauren are very professional and super fun...now THATs a winning combination, and adds to the pleasant, energic vibe in the building. They take such good care of us tenants!Now...for the glue that holds the building together. I have to acknowledge the maintenance staff and security team. These people have been here with me for most, if not the entire duration of my tenancy. They keep this building functioning and clean, and everyone contributes to the success of the brand. I have to mention Norma, Booker, Maribel, and Tierra. The Security team keeps us safe, informed, and they too add to the positive vibe in the building. The maintenance crew is the BEST! Theyve been with me for the long haul too, and I have had nothing but timely, excellent service whenever Ive needed them. Im grateful to have formed great relationships with them and have to acknowledge Eric, Rodrick, Nefty and Alicia. They know me and treat me very well. This is a great community and building, and Im happy to have called it home for the last 6 years.
Norma is awesome - she’s so kind, energetic and helpful!
My husband and I lived here for three years, after living in two other high rises in the downtown area. Arkadia was by far the best managed and friendliest building! The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially Norma! The management was also very responsive and accommodating, particularly Paul. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a newer building with great amenities and friendly neighbors and staff!
I’m not one to typically give google reviews but Arkadia deserves one. The Mgmt team is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make living here a special experience. From providing bagels in the lobby to s’mores packages at night to beer and wine for happy hours - they think through it all. Even during a pandemic.Having never lived in Chicago before, I got extremely lucky ending up at Arkadia for my first place. Thank you Arkadia!P.S - the pool and outdoor setup is epic. They’re also a good insta follow.
Great experience working with Amy Sumis who is one of the best leasing agents out there. Her knowledge of the area, professionalism and responsiveness was extremely helpful during our search.Keep doing what you are doing ... its making a difference.
Norma is the best!! Such a wonderful place to live!
I recently visited some family that lives in Chicago. They reserved us the guest suite for our stay. It was a spacious one bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa that worked perfect for us!The building was clean and the amenities that we used were wonderful. The staff members made the process effortless and were friendly and courteous. Our family has lived in the building since it opened and told us how the new management have made great improvements of the building as well as renovated the amenities. If we ever decide on moving to Chicago, we will definitely be considering Arkadia for our new home.
I literally cant say enough good things about this place or the people that work here. Booker is always so helpful and Norma is such a kind spirit. The front desk staff was awesome every day! Debbie and Paul in the office are the best and always available to answer my questions or help in any way. Maintenance staff were great and always got my requests completed quickly. I truly loved every moment of living here!! The staff made it feel like home and community every day. Amenities are kept exceptionally clean and I loved the decor! Just try it for yourself! Youll see what I mean. This is one of the best places in the West Loop to live!
We love living at Arkadia. Perfect location, great amenities, great staff and management.
I just have to say that the people that work in the leasing office are truly wonderful. Shoutout to Michal at the moment!! .. I recently switched units within the building and don’t have cable/WiFi which is obviously a problem given I work from home. Michal not only called AT&T to try and help but he also called their tech line to ensure I’m properly taken care of. As a solution in the meantime, I was offered the guest suite to work until AT&T tech arrives so that I’m able to work with WiFi. The staff in this building truly go above and beyond - and it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Arkadia is a great place to live. The location is great as it is easy to walk to all the good spots in the WestLoop. Also it is close to transportation (Blue Line, Bus, and Union Station). The management team is very friendly, they respond instantly and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I worked with Michael Brown who helped me pick out my apartment. He was very helpful during the whole move in process.
For the love of God, do yourself a favor and do not live here at least until year 2022 when the Adams St. bridge construction will be finished. The loudest demolition starts roughly at 9pm or 10pm every night and continues throughout the night. I don’t work from home so am not sure if it is also unbearably loud during the day. I have been unable to get a good night’s sleep since it started in late August (and I am a heavy sleeper). Not to mention, since living here just under a year, 3 of 4 grills stopped working this summer, 2 of 3 elevators were down (I had to wait nearly 10 min for an elevator at one point), and the front desk managed to lose my packages at least 3 times. The only great parts about living here are the pool deck and Norma who works the front desk (she is a saint). I cannot wait until my lease is up to move out! I wish I could move out sooner!!
My wife and I lived here recently for 6 months and loved it. The building is a more intimate size making it easier to get to know some of the residents and staff if you want to. We loved the pool, gym and the regular scheduled events. A special shout out to Debbie and all of the staff who are so responsive, understanding and courteous. Thank you all - Im sure well be back in the future!!
I love every time I come to visit the building the concierge Michelle is always smiling and very helpfully. I also love the way it smell and look when you walk in the doors. It’s really is an wonderful site to see .You all really should check it out yourself.
I love living here! Its a very friendly community, the first building Ive lived in where I am actually close with a ton of my neighbors. Everyone is super outgoing and willing to say hi. The management has been wonderful in my experience, they always get back to me very quickly and the answer is 99% of the time yes! Maintenance is also super, super fast they one time got to my apartment within 5 minutes of me submitting a request. We cant necessarily do it right now, but befor COVID they were really good about doing community events. Now we do grab and go type things which are still awesome. The pool is amazing in the summer, and honestly the price for being in West Loop is unbeatable. The only downside for the next year at least is that the Adams Street bridge is down so its hard to get people to access us but I just order Ubers to the Walgreens across the street. Having Marianos and Walgreens on the same block is SUPER convenient. I can go grab groceries for dinner and be home within 20 minutes.10/10 recommend.
It’s the staff that gets 5 stars! Thanks Michelle for going above and beyond to help all the times we have loads of stuff to lug in!! Also Maintenance keeps the common areas spotless, they respond quickly to request and they are always cheerful and kind.
Was in here for 2+ months. Great view, friendly staffs and easy access. Loved it
I have had nothing but great experiences since moving in recently. Alicia and Eric were absolutely wonderful when dealing with a unique maintenance emergency just hours after I picked up my keys to move in.The building is very well maintained and everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been great!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Arkadia and Bozzuto. A++ all around. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, no matter how minor or silly, the team was there within hours. Beautiful apartments, clean and plentiful amenities, and the BEST, friendliest people. We love living at Arkadia and would recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome, quality place to call home.
I dont have very much experience with Arkadia per se, I happened to be passing through on my way to the doctors next door. When I got to the lobby, I could see it was pretty crowded with guests and tenants. In addition, there were many packages that had to put away and also retrieve for tenants. As overwhelming as that would have been for me, M. Collins did not miss a step. She was doing so many things and was still able to be attentive to each and every person in the lobby, taking time to give directions, validate parking and calling tenants when their guests had arrived. Its hard finding people who will continue to maintain their level of professionalism when things start to get very busy without losing their cool and she did it all with a smile. I could tell she was not bothered one bit. You guys have a keeper! Continue what youre doing M. Collins!!!
Everything about living in the Arkadia property has been amazing. The amenities, the apartments, the cleanliness and most important their people. The staff is a delight each and every day. I would give it 6 stars if that were possible.
The team at Arkadia are outstanding! Michelle, Norma, Rodrick, Booker, Alicia, Nefty, Eric, Matt and team are so great! Whenever you need something as a resident, they’re there to assist! Truly a friendly and helpful team of dedicated professionals!
Travel for work? Work from home? Like a friendly face to light up when you walk through the door? Need peace of mind knowing that youve got a property management team who cares? Arkadia West Loop checks these boxes and many more!Bozzuto team members took great care of me when I traveled extensively for work, were supportive and responsive. Two of my favorites that created an amazing experience for me are Debbie and Norma. Debbie has on multiple occasions gone the extra mile to create an amazing resident experience and help me out when I was away from home. Norma was one of my favorite parts of returning home from a business trip - a big smile, warm welcome and always checking in to make sure all was good. Bozzuto is lucky to have them on their team!In addition the building has been updated, convenient parking, many amenities and services that make living there feel like a five-star retreat!
Love the amenity spaces and having a guest suite for my visitors really helps save money and time. 5 stars!
Im reluctant to tell everyone about this 5-star hidden gem because I want all my friends and family to move here before the secret gets out! Seriously, this place is THE BEST -- not like Avatar was a solid movie good, but good like like I think we should name our kids Han and Leia because Star Wars changed my life. Just sayin.
I had nothing but positive things to say about this building about during my first year of residence, however since then I have had the following happen1. Bedroom roof leak. Was told this is not a leak but just a foundation issue from initial construction that has been corrected and caused an issue with the paint.2. A fire in my dryer, which was extinguished in time before reaching the wall, thankfully by an amazing maintenance worker Alicia (maintenance staff is the best part about this place, always willing to help despite the building management being terrible). When this occurred the property manager offered no sympathy, apologies nor did she check up on me. She told maintenance to keep the door to my unit closed so other tenants did not see the incident. I would have alerted other tenants as there dryer units could have similar issues. The building also took a whole week to follow up to see how we were doing after the fire. Also what took me by surprise is she told me I caused a commotion in the hall by yelling fire, (which ultimately led to the fire being extinguished quickly by a maintenance worker). I could not believe she accused me of causing a commotion when there was clearly a fire in my unit, this was the right thing to do. Her name was Debbie Lam.3. Theft in the building parking garage is becoming a common occurrence4. The use of the patio area was open to more than 2 guests last summer as long as the pool area wasnt used by more than 2 outside guests, this all of sudden changed this summer, there is a security that constantly checks on the weekends who is going out to use the patio and from which unit (which definitely would have caused us to reconsider our lease renewal). If you plan on having a summer bbq with more than 2 guests this is not the building for you. This was not the case in summer 2018. Also the patio closes at 10pm on weekends, which did not happen in summer 2018 either. Its almost as if you are being babysat when using the amenities in this building and who wants that when you are paying for a premium building.5. Decline in the quality of tenant events. Breakfast was a monthly offering but has since been taken away. It was a nice way to give back to the tenants, but this no longer happens (not even quarterly).Overall this building was great until new management took over. Lack of consideration for tenants that are paying a premium. Definitely not a premium quality management or amenity structure. Spend your money elsewhere dont be fooled by old reviews.
Ive lived here for going on three years, and have really enjoyed my time here. There are a lot of positives when you consider the facilities available, and I have become friends with many other residents. The only negative I would mention is that the elevators seem to break down quite often. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this building!
We moved in in April and love our experience so far! All of the amenities make everything so convenient and the staff is always so kind and helpful!
I love living at Arkadia! the location, the staff and the overall upkeep of the building is by far the best place ive lived in chicago! also norma is the best!
I LOVE living at Arkadia. Two things that could make the actual living experience better are: better noise insulation and black out blinds. Otherwise, neighborhood, location, amenities and service are AMAZING!
Best complex Ive ever called home! Ive lived here for just about a year and couldnt be happier. The ammenites space/pool is amazing, all of my matinence requests get done in record time, everyone is sooo friendy, great gym.... and dont get me started about all of the wonderful events that Michael, Amy, Debbie & Paul regulary throw for us! Ive made such great new new neighbor friends and am living my best life here. Kodos Arkadia West Loop!!! Keep up the good work!! Erin
They are currently being sued in a class action lawsuit and I can’t say I’m surprised. We had a terrible experience here. In our first 3 months of living there we submitted 10 work orders. The electricity wasn’t working, the dryer broke (twice), the shower ceiling leaked, and the carpet was ruined due to the maintenance crew constantly going in and out (they never cleaned up after themselves and clearly didn’t take off their shoes). We wrote to management and they credited us some money due to all the issues and said they would replace the carpet if we wanted. Rather than being more inconvenienced at this point, we said to just wash it and replace it when our lease was up. Believe it or not, when our lease was up - they charged US for the carpet! Even though we had documentation of the conversations, the manager that authorized it was no longer there so they just ignored it. We got a lawyer involved to try and fight it but it would have cost us so much more than what we would recuperate. So frustrating. And let me be clear, we were the first-ever tenants of our unit, in this “premium” building so not only is all the above ludicrous but given price we paid is unacceptable. See some photos on yelp. Buyer beware.
Michelle Collins very professional & helpful, friendly smile, can’t wait to visit again
Great people to work with from property manager and leasing managers to Building engineers. Great amenities on 6th floor!!
M.collins was very helpful with me when I was lost looking for directions
Note: I spoke with Debbie Lam at Arkadia, and apparently they are under new management. She wasnt able to help me with the debt, but its worth noting that the new management may not be dishonest like the old management. In the interest of openness, heres what I wrote here before:I enjoyed living at Arkadia, but I will always have a bitter taste because of how they treated me when I moved out. In particular, they supposedly re-cleaned the already clean apartment and attempted to charge me $440 for the unnecessary cleaning. I left the apartment in good if not great shape, and there was no need for $40 in cleaning, much less $440. So I refused to pay, and they sent it to a collection agency, which led to it going on my otherwise-perfect credit report. Im willing to take the credit hit rather than hand over any amount of money to these dishonest folks, but everyone else needs to know know they are dishonest as well.
Moving from St. Louis to Chicago couldnt have been a better experience, thanks to the team at Arkadia Tower! I accepted a promotion with my agency, but didnt know how I was going to accomplish a quick move to Chicago right after a pre-planned vacation to Hilton Head Island, SC. I would like to thank Crystal Campos for an impeccable experience! Crystal was able to accommodate my schedule and showed me what Arkadia Tower living would be like. Crystals professionalism, detailed tour of the property/amenities, and follow-up really sealed the deal. Not to mention, the luxurious finishes of the residences along with the gym, pool, grilling area, fire pit, and complimentary Starbucks had me sold! Also, I cant forget to mention the front desk staff Mark, Tiarha, and Connie. They are always friendly, smiling, and go the extra step to ensure that the residents of Arkadia Tower are well cared for. Ive been living at Arkadia Tower now for one month, and I couldnt have made a better decision. In the past, Ive managed luxury hotels. Now, I absolutely feel like I reside in a luxury hotel, but this is home! Arkadia Tower is true luxury living at its finest!!!
Leasing office staff rude when asking specific questions about application process. Overpriced units with over rude staff.. not worth the time.
Staff is good to go
Hmmm...kinda bland.
Where Aiden Pearce live - ??
