After my solo visit in March somehow I wanted to visit this place again..and I was fortunate to visit again in July 21. Family loved the place too, even on reaching at 1:30 AM I could find all staff at place and ready to help. Stay was awesome with tasty food and nice rooms ! I would like to visit Accord once again to thank all the staff for my stay which was unforgettable.

Very slow and poor service.it took them 15 minutes to repeat the rotis and for rice we waited for another 20 minutes after finishing the rotis. Food is good but service is getting slower and poorer day by day.

Nice hotel and following WHO guidelines.Room was clean , spotless and staff was in gloves and mask, maintaining physical distancing. Staff are very good, polite and professional.Room interior was very tastefully done, make you feel relaxed.Food was delicious loved their hygienic way of serving.Just a small complaint, tata sky was not not working, I think due to covid-19. When I pointed that out, they recharged for a day, so after 12 am again tata sky stopped working.But seeing other positive, we can ignore this little negative point but would like them to solve this in future.Would definitely visit again in future.

What a nice property at Chhindwara district.Manager and all staff are very cooperative humble..Breakfast was awesome. meals were also very delicious and tasty.Rooms are good with small issue like bathroom drainage and TV Tatasky not working....manager is very coperative in extending the checkout time n give relaxation.I will stay again in this hotel n suggest to other also.safty is prime importance

We visited this property few months back on a family trip. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious enough with proper lighting and ventilation. Service was excellent and prompt and food was good too! Staff at the hotel was very warm and courteous! Overall, we had a great stay.

Newly constructed 5 star hotel..good place for marriage ceremony. Rooms are beautiful and ambience is super good. Food and fantastic and surprisingly pocket friendly. Lawn is spacious and beautiful. A good place for a function for around 1000 people. You may divide the lawn for 2 or more functions. Valet parking available. Parking is huge.

Very good interface and very good exteriors makes the looks of hotel excellent.Hotel is having huge parking area, for two wheeler and four wheeler.Valet parking is also available here.The main entrance is filled with hall and pyre veg restaurant. Hall is very good for any small get together for family and business meetings.It is also very good place for carrying children as its having children park and Entertainment zone as well. The site is very safe and secure for small kids.Restrooms are available on all the floors.Which are very clean and hygienic.Elevators security watchmen parking gard and housekeeping are other attraction of this place.Overall its must visit place in chhindwara city with most high-tech and advance technology.

The hotel is one of the best in Chindwara. The hotel is new and it was not fully functional during my stay. The bed mattress was very comfortable, and room service was very prompt. The hotel has beautiful capsule lifts and the rooms have mostly all amenities. Central AC was not working fine and they are probably working on it. The fittings are of good quality and the housekeeping and F&B guys are very helpful and prompt in their service. Few cons but am sure they will be taken care of.1. Bath towels should be bigger2. No curtains to separate bath area and as a result the entire bathroom gets wet.3. No hangers in the cupboard.4. No tea or coffee vending machine5. No study lamp.6. No master switch

Recently developed property. 1 star deducted for casual attitude of front office staff. Air conditioner wasnt working in one of the room. The room remained hot and humid. Next they they didnt accommodated our request to change room and confirmed repair of AC unit but again AC stopped working in night. Mechanical error is not problem, its casual behaviour of staff.Apart from it property is good, rooms are huge, furniture is premium but they they dont have workstation setup in room.Breakfast layout is good and staff is attentive.Recommended but be assertive for your requirements.
