Yesterday i visited micro path. lab at around 7 PM for CBC|CRP test of my mother. (I was recommended by a Dr. that they give report fast. )They collected my mothers blood sample and committed that they will give report at 10 PM the same day. I told them that i will come tomorrow at around 10 am or 10.30 am. But when i visited there to collect my mothers report the staff said : “report nahi hui ready baad me aao.” and their is no customer support whom i will ask ki why my report is not ready. Nd no one is there to give me Ans staff rudely says sir ni h. Nd when i asked the staff for mobile no. of manager or owner, to complaint about such carelessness ,they denied humare passs ni h no..Somehow i arranged the managers no. nd complained about thisAnd then after waiting for so much timeWith my (patient mother) i got the report.
