A girl on first counter was very understanding and nice customer dealing.
Very bad service. Staff should be trained to give respect to customers as giving service is their job & they are paid for that.

This is in kuldevi plaza. To purchase battery for a mobile customer care executive told me that my phone software will be updated(200₹ extra) which I have updated beforehand. Why the hell they need to update my phones software when I just need a battery for it?
