Cinema infrastructure is good but the seats are pathetic it it may hurt your back, the washroom didnt have water supply in it and were very dirty.The staff were very unprofessional and tey were entertaining the entry of person again and again.I was provided seat in platinum category but it was so that anyone can sit anywhere in hall as there is no proper management and poor lighting.Overall I enjoyed was sound quality and AC chilling in summer 😎

Pathetic seats, looks like they never do the cleaning, not much options available in snacks, they serve soft drinks from 2 ltr bottles, very very dirty washrooms, ACs doesnt work regularly, they use big fans which creates lots of noise which hampers the audio quality which is already very poor. Screen resolution is also not good. Even the staff disturbs a lot during the screening. People only prefer since no other options available to them.

It was good at the time of opening , But now they have to work on infrastructure specially on chair and should use digital payment on ticket counter.

If you wanna enjoy a Bollywood movie in the town, this is the place for you. The first screen is fine but the other one is just way too small. Snacks are limited and the ex pence doesnt justify the taste. Otherwise its fine.

This is the best movie Cineplex at Chhindwara with 2 Screens.The 2nd Screen is a bit closer to you in comparison with first Screen.The Snacks are not fresh and is only heated in Oven and appears to be nice.Nice Cold Drinks 👌 here !!It is much costly over platinum seat and has same maintenance as that of any gold seat.Garbage including Popcorn Packets is found in the seats.

Very Dirty Theater. Smells Stinky. Theater does not accept card payment nor has any facility of Phone Pe/ Google Pay/ & Paytm.Seats full of dust & stains, need vaccum cleaning & shampoo wash.Really disappointed.

Decent cinema but now ruined. Chairs are broken, toilets are dirty as hell like they are public bus stand toilets. Tickets are overpriced and sound is not good as pvr.Also there are paan stains on every wall.

Its a multiplex cinema and it is very big and everything is perfect and beautiful there.. And at the ground floor of the cinema there is also a shopping center which is also very clean and clear.

The only multiplex of chhindwara. 1st screen is good second screen is small. Sound and seats are just fine.

The Quality of 3D is very cheap.The glasses gave on there is very cheap and screening is much better when if they give us better glasses , if you are thinking to going there must save your money by not going, the maintenance is much worse and they are ruining the name of big cinema. Parking in rainy season is irritating on there.They have to improve as we give pay to them !

Went to watch End games. Entered hall as soon as allowed but couldnot see the movie from start. In order to run multiple 3D shows they are cutting few minutes of tge movie but still interval is long enough to sell overpriced snacks. Cheap😏
