Helpful staff but in this area about 100 of village and have only one bank too much pressure on working staff always on queue

Every time I visit the bank, I feel the situation is more worse than last time.It seems to be a mutton market rather than a bank.This bank is spoiling the reputation of BOIs.Whenever you ask for cash they say NO CHASH.Its tough to understand y this bank is out off cash and where the cash has gone..I Had Never ever saw any of the ac working.If BOI can nt afford electricity bill then atleast make some ventilations or put some extra fans or coolers so that the customers standing in ques for morethan 4 to 5 hours can atleast relax.I am an account holder in this branch too ,But literaly am facing lots of problems everyday.Have to stand in a que for morethan a hour or more to deposit cash..And the scene for withdrawal is more panic and worse...abusing and accusing is daily senario over here.Chhapiheda needs more branches bcz ths staff is working twice or thrice there capacity..Staff is good and coprative but whenever u ask for any adjustments they says that they dnt have power to do so..If the manager is not authorised to do adjustments then who will help customers while the bank is out of cash..An apeal and a request to RBI And BOI headquarters to please have a look at chhapera branch and get a solution to this problems..Or else people won hesitate to withdraw there accounts from this bank.
