No door delivery, they just call and inform the arrival of corier, their service is finish, we have to collect the parcel from their office

The worst servuce ever. We had payed for the courier and they will not deliver it in address and they simply make a call to the receiver to collect it. It is not fair. Or else the courier have to inform us about the delivery earlier. So that we can go for some other courier agency. Pls no one choose this useless courier at anycost.

They won’t get the parcel in home. Call us to collect it from their office.. For that we are paying courier charges..totally irresponsible
