Okay, Good is all I can describe of it. I think they can improve in the interaction method, not that its bad, but could be better. They provide the latest of mobile phones, its accessories and do have mobile phones about 2 years from launch, which can be affordable by people who cannot pay for flagships.

They dont have any concern for customers now. All the items are over priced. Staffs dont know the basics of customer service. They are not polite and acts like they invented Mobile phones for first time in history. The real problem is when they loot money from common man who dont know much about phones. They cheat poor people by making them buy phones of utter low quality.Nb: I am not going against them. But they have to admit mistake and improve the service.
