It did not receive the same hospitality as other banks.. otherwise good ..

Worst staff behaviour. Even the public sector bank employees knows to behave like educated personal but here the case is different. Very disappointed. I just want to say to the customers if you want to experience good banking service please do not make any relationship with this particular branch. If i had an option to rate zero i would have gone for that.

The service was satisfactory and good customer service.

The service you get from other private sector banks are entirely good , but here in HDFC Cherthala the staff should learn to serve their customers. Poor staff behaviours ,worst banking experience ever i had .

Very poor service they are providing.. There is only one cash counter... And there is only one teller...if you want to deposit some money.. You have to wait atleast 1 hour.. Really damn it...
