When you stop over for lunch with family while on an avoidable travel and food is just beyond expectations - that is what happened to us in Wayside Inn. There was no crowd and the restaurant was clean. The person who helped us with food was wonderful. Briyani was good and with full flavours. Tea was perfect. The hotel is on the highway and so easy to notice with decent parking.

It is good hotel. It is situated at highway side. Average quality food. Affordable rate. The appearance is good. Good seating capacity. Servents have good behaviour. Clean and neat tables and chairs. Availability of large number of chairs. There is a hall available for conducting programs, parties, conference.

Best place for duck curry its a must try item

On this lock down days we were really craving for some good restaurant food. Thank you so much wayside inn for your food...

Staff behaviour is horrible. Seems like they havent heard the word Customer Satisfaction. If you are least bothered about service, you can try this.

Worst customer service. One of the oldest hotel in Cherthala. That attitude is reflected in their behaviour. Not at all recommended if you are concerned about Service.

I have been visiting this hotel for more than 25 years. The taste is not that good compared with the food i had from here during my childhood. But its one of the best in the highways. Prices are all very decently placed. Not that costly. Good parking space available. But still miss the old way side taste.

Wayside inn has for years been a must do pitstop for me whenever i have traveled on the kochi salem highway! the tasty food and the quality service have been beckoning me back over the last 15+ years. the parotta is soft and crispy and is an excellent accompaniment to the duck roast, fish curry and the beef! the duck roast with its thick gravy is a sure shot winner and is a must try dish! pricing is decent and theres ample parking available right in front of the restaurant. clean toilets are an added blessing for travelers.

Had dinner from here all curries I tasted were simply superb!! Vegetable , duck roast, fish curry I tasted porotta and Appam also was good. All at very reasonable prices!!!!
