Pathetic . Thats all I can say. At least hire someone who knows how to deal with the patients. My first and last visit here. Never seen a worse lab than this in my life.Addendum: Giving a better rating now after proper explanation has been given on their shortcomings and after the staff offered her apology for her rude behaviour.

Very delay for scanning.

Dr.Padma Santhappan is very good doctor but the faculty was very poorly managed by the staff. Even you got appointment at a specific time , you may asked to wait up to 3 - 4 hours without any valid reason . As the service is pre paid, you cant run away to another good doctors center by this centres poor management.
