Good

Never buy from La Casa. After sales service is very poor. Ive been asking for a technician for more than a month to fix an issue with a furniture which I purchased from them. They will stop responding to your call. It was a very minor issue and if they cant repair it, they should have the courtesy to say that they dont have the expertise to fix the problem which the customer reports. Instead they keep you waiting forever.I didnt want to visit the showroom as Im sure Ill have to fight with them face to face to resolve the issue. Im not going to do that. But Ill make sure that no one from my family or friends are going to buy anything from La Casa. The furniture looks and feels good, but if you are unable to repair it, there is no point in buying it as they are very costly.

Its a greate place to select home furnishings. The place gives a good feeling and good thoughts. Merchandise is so helpful and give more ideas.

I had a very bad experience with la cassa. The furnitures and designs are good. But the customer care is really irritating. They took advance from me for a recliner and assured me the delivery in 3 days. When i went there again i saw them loading display furniture to their truck. I checked about my order and then they informed that they have only display piece with them and New shipment will come after 3 months only. When i told that i dont need a display peace, the sales person casually told me that take it if you really want only....and they can arrange refund only in 1 week.I am a practising architect and this is the experience wiith me. When i discussed with some of my architect friends, they also told that their clients have also faced very cold response of their sales people there. I really wonder how come such a premium product shop can survive with this attitude...!!
