They are very rude behavior and does not apper to the complaints of their clients

My jio-fi had some problems and I gave it to this place to get repaired.. and they gave it back to me without even checking the problems and said that they repaired it.

Very bad service expirenced second time...they are not open for service after 3 pm.no service personal or customer care executive is not available for receving the product or the customer..a security guard who is not a technical personnel handling the receving process...very arrogant and unprofessional staff.. utterly disappointed...after climbing the stairs till 3 floor come to know that they are not open after 3...the team really need training for behaving with customers....this center is not up to the mark of jio standards.. thankyou

Due to this corona pandemic situation u guys have staff shortage (only one technician in the store), I can understand, initially there were only 4 customers including me, even though Ive to wait till 1.30pm from 10am just to submit my defected Jiofi, and the they take only few minutes to check it and give back.If u guys provide a tocken fecility there wont be such delay like this, if someone come and say its urgent they will give him the priority no matter real or not.So I prefer please to provide ur customers a tocken fecility in the service centersIn the current situation weve to spend a whole day in the outlet, But Decent customer handling I appreciate that👍🏻

Range is very poor and not able to contact their staff.

No receipt or SMS while they reiving an equivalent. You can meet only a security guard to handover and recive back the equipment !!!

Worst customer service experience ever. The staff not bothered about customer issues or complaints. Case closed without even making a contact stating resolution provided.

Comfortable place with decent service

It is the official show room of jio digital service.. you can buy and repair your jio devices like jiofi jio phone , and other jio devices. I just repaired my phone there.. Anyway there is no proper sign board to recognize the place.. even you cant find the showroom in normal traffic.. so better you keep your Google map with you..

The staff of Jio store- Cherthala, Kerala is the worst of Jio staff I have ever approached.I have made the visit to Jio store on 22/02/2020 and they have updated my requirements in the system only on 03/03/2020.Not even picking up the phone.Utterly disappointing interaction.
