Sorry state of affairs , behaviour of staff in the aftermath of covid 19 ,the staff of ibell couldnt come to cherthala so they told me to hand over the product to chennoth, I thought this was usual process to help customers by ibell but after travelling to their centre I was in dismay the attitude of the staff like to avoid me placing a service request lame excuses like our bus went today we dont have any orders there will be delay, all excuses charges will be more however to avoid giving it there for service. I was under the misconception that this is reputed shop but experience was bad I called up the owner also who inturn shouted at the ibell engineer after I gave his number I am sorry to say we buy products from shops for use then if a problem occurs for À B or C the least courtesy should be to help for payed service a business institution should be service friendly too not only interested in selling after sales should be taken care hope some sense would prevaili in the management
