Love this centre. Kitten damour are there so always happy to go. Big selection of shops but if you can get to Brisbane city then the Anne St mall is much better.
There for a specific reason, to go to the movies. Great parking. Easy to navigate through the centre. All staff that I interacted with were very helpful with any queries that I had.
Great range of shops and specialty stores... Cleanliness leaves a little to be desired... The parking pay machine appeared to have had some form of soft drink spilt or spit all over the touch screen, so I needed to use a wipe to type in my registration.
First time there: this place is massive and cant find my car!Today: Its still massive but my car was easy to find!Sooooo many shops, services and 2 food courts! All the majors are located here!Tip: download the Westfield parking app to avoid hidden fees! And take a photo upon entry to remind yourself which car park youre in!
Massive shopping centre with pretty much everything you want. Visually appealing, clean and exciting. Too busy for me personally, I prefer the in and out experience myself. But if youre last-minute shopping for someone, you will 100% leave with something.
Love this place. Great charging facilities for my electric car, lots of activities for kids, love the new light room play area for the kids.
A well facilitied mall with plenty of places to shop, eat or get pampered. Also has a cinema, gym, supermarkets &. Pharmacies
This was an very enjoyable journey, and a large shopping centre. Matched some of the bigger ones Ive seen overseas, easy to find stores via the information screens. Definitely a place you could loose a day at.
One of the biggest shopping centre, but only paid recreation for kids as compared to other shopping centres. Lot of big brands with lots of options. Great food court with plenty to choose .2 hours parking limit for non members. Heaps of parking space though. Located in very centrally to transport. Movies ,Food,Shopping,Doctors,Banks .Great Westfield staff, always ready to guide you, if you looking for directions.
The new app has definitely turned off customers from staying and spending, instead we find ourselves rushing through our tasks to make it out the Boom gate before were charged and instead I find myself driving to Toombul, where the car parking is FREE and there I can shop at the major retailers with no time restraints. Reducing the hours of shopping with your App. wasnt a great idea, but it has certainly driven myself and like minded people to shop at other Shopping centres where the car park fee is nil making the shopping experience effortless.
Great place. Nice shops, nice clean shopping Centre. Definitely recommend.
Frozen Yoghurt shop has employed the nicest young lady Ive ever had customer service from 🙂
Organised for wheelchair for my mother - wonderful service and the new wheelchairs are really great - wider, lightweight, adjustable and so easy to manoeuvre. Makes visiting Chermside an easier experience. Thank you.
All the shops you need, restaurants upstairs, movie cinema, parking everywhere and great central location.
They pretended they care about your issue, tell you to email them and they will refund what you paid for parking but never got respond, terrible service. Charging people for parking even they spent hundreds at this place but they just want more and more money from you.
Typical shopping centre but good to see some live music! A lot to see, you could spend days here and definitely get your steps up if you park in the wrong place for where you want to go!
A great place for all your shopping and dining out desires. The food court areas cover all types, from tasty bites to cheeky desserts, and drinks of choice. Shopping high-end fashion to sneakers and grocery needs are all available. If the whole family is going I tend to sneak off for a quick beer 😉 and little bit of r & r 🙏🏽#Namaste Oh yeah you can catch the latest flick or 2 too.
A decade or so ago, this used to be a big shopping centre, but numerous expansions have taken it beyond big. This place is huge. Its a shoppers paradise with all the big brand and department stores along with many, many other retail stores. Eateries galore, a Gold Class Cinema, and even indoor skydiving. Pick a quiet time to visit if you dont like crowds as this place can pack a lot of people in during the busiest times.
Great variety, busy shopping Center! Love the upstairs outdoors restaurant strip & lovely surroundings with water, greenery, plants & a great atmosphere! Great Thai food & Gelatissimo for a cool, refreshing treat! Limited time for free parking but can be extended to 4 hours with the use of an app.
Great shopping centre, unfortunately they have recently cut back on adequate parking time as abit of a cash grab so I never have time to grab lunch after the gym and have to rush off before 2 hrs is up. I guess its the business in the center that cop the impact from this sort of act by management. If you want another app junking up your phone you can get 3hrs parking with there app.
It’s not nice having to walk through smoke at entrances. I believe smokers must be 5m from the entrance but what’s the point when the smoke floods the walkway and shoppers still have to hold their breath as they have to pass through the thick clouds of smoke to reach the doors. I’ve had to pass smokers on a number of visits to chermside at various entrances.
Thank You So Much For Taking The Time To Reply To My Review Can You Please Reply To My Review Again And Let Me Know When The Woolworths Supermarket At Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre Will Be Renovated His A Photo Of The New Woolworths Supermarket At Cameron Park Shopping Centre This Is What The Woolworths Supermarket At Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre Should Look Like.
Jason from the service desk was so helpful today. He is an asset to the company promote this man !!
Went there on 21st of August for shopping, massage, dining and Gold class movie. We thought we’d get free parking by leaving shopping centre late after our movie but I was wrong. We got charged $36 dollars for parking even we had spent hundreds on the day. I emailed them to ask how much do we have to spend to get longer hours free parking they pretty much told me there’s no way to get free parking for more than 4 hours. If you wanna go there for longer hours visit you have to leave the car park with 4 hours free then come back after 45 mins the next visit, this is so dumb. We won’t bother come back again, I’d rather go somewhere else to spend my time and money instead of Westfield seriously.
Best shopping centre I have ever been to, spent a day in December last year there. Well worth a visit.
Good food/ shopping I no where I will be do my chismes shopping
Standard shopping centre, good disabled parking. Quick in and out found what we wanted.
One of the largest shopping Mall in our district. Up graded just recently with all new retailers from international brands the world over and new eateries. A hub of activities for all seeking something special or just a quick get together for a bite to eat.
Great shops and variety. But when we went in the parking sign said free but I had to pay $4 to leave even though we had spent over three hundred dollars. Usually if you spend over a certain amount parking is free but it is hard to access late at night especially if you go to the car expecting it to be free due to the signage. We were only minutes over the two hour limit. On Thursday night late night shopping. Next time we just wont go to as many places or stop to use their food court.
Has some great shoe stores such as foot locker and JD sport.
Very Big Shopping Centre! A lot of variety. Plus the major retail shops are their, e.g. Big W, Myers. Love this shopping centre
Plenty of shops and food and entertainment for all tastes great place to shop for groceries clothes and all that you might need
Has everything you need. Great restaurants to meet up with friends
Overwhelmingly big, but thats the point! It has a wide variety of shops and restaurants to guarantee that every individual will find something of interest there. It is also a place to chill, kill sometime and enjoy some window shopping when it is a miserable rainy day or if your fancy mood is suffering from cabin fever. The issues with this place are (1) Limited and almost always full carpark (2) 2hr free car park limit with no exemption to cinema clients who are only there to watch a 2.5hr movie (in other place, you can present your movie ticket to the pay machine on exit and not worry about the carpark limit).
Absolutely brilliant place. So much fun for kids and grown ups.
Its big. Has lots of shops etc just like everywhere else. Fooding bit upstairs is ok, plenty of choice.
Amazing food (pork ribs 10/10) and the system of ordering with a qr code from your phone is great, the only downside is that ordering together on one table but from separate phones has food coming out at greatly varied times. Also recommend ordering drinks straight from the bar unless you order your next one in advance since it takes a while for it to come through. The lemon beer and Spatan beer are delish.
Awesome place to hang out, cool off and chill & relax :)
Great place to go. A lot of different stores to go to, and some great food places. It does get pretty busy, especially on a weekend. I myself would go to Chermside early in the morning to try and beat the rush that awaits once the day progresses. Definitely a lot of parking space, so its usually pretty easy to get a park. If you havent been here before, please note that the first three (3) hours of parking is FREE.
One of the best shopping malls Ive been to anywhere. The tropical greenery is outstanding. The layout, superb. A relaxing environment to go to. The parking though, a bit difficult during peak times.
Very confusing huge centre. Not too helpful and very abrupt staff in some cases ( people ). As in the J. B. Hi fi store...
Great selection of shops and the new second level has some very nice eateries and shops. One of the most modern westfields, bright and airy, lots of nice seating in between corridors and bathrooms kept clean. Only downside is that because of its popularity, the main food court with the cheaper eateries like maccas or KFC don’t have enough seats at peak time. If you want a good spot to eat at lunch or dinner, best to dine in at a proper restaurant.
This complex doesnt have dedicated shareride, taxi pick up, drop off point. Was verbally abused by over zealous security officer, when attempting to find a rider, who had booked a fare through Uber app. Phone centre management following morning, they advised me security is a private contractors, they have no control over security officers. Stay away from this place, parking a nightmare as well
Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre has a vast range of stores including a small Hanaromart Asian Grocery Store, and a great cheap QC Station hair cut salon. Awesomeness.
Great selection of stores within the centre. Cleaning is kept up to date, and there is plenty of room to move around without significant congestion.
There is literally so much here its amazing. Everything northlakes has and more but with less distance to walk!! Good eats upstairs in store as well
Contacted centre management on Sunday 15/08/21 regarding a complaint about the centre commissioning an orchestra to play in the dome while we were dining, creating a very unpleasant evening where we could not have a conversation. Centre management did not even bother to respond to my complaint lodged through there complaints email
Theres everything for everybody. Its a beautiful place to eat, drink, walk, shop.... Have fun!!!
Lots of shops and food. Its very large so if you like walking its great. Pay parking after 3 hours. It also has a large bus interchange stop. Very busy on weekends, I usually go there early and leave early to avoid crowds. Great place.
My favourite when it comes to shopping. Parking can get little hard during peak hours but lots of stores, lots of restaurants and the food court has plenty to choose from. If I was to improve this place I would definitely add more parking spaces
Centre was very quiet as expected. All stores were open and staff were polite and eager to help.
The biggest mall in Brisbane, good range of food options and a cinema too.
The Escape Rooms in Kingpin Arcade are great for a fun night out. Recommend the Abandoned Reactor.
Perfectly fine as a shopping mall..but you know sign of the times ..its Soulless, sterile and full of humans just schlepping around looking for the meaning of life by shopping for more meaningless stuff..So doing its job like ALL the mall around the world.😉
This is the largest and best shopping centre in Brisbane by a country mile.
Overall preee gud lol my mom doesnt like it because its too big lmao
Great shopping centre however a travelator from on end to the other would be good 😄 but then 🤔 how could you get off along the way.😄
Been here many times as a teen and enjoyed most of them. Kingpin, movies and a bit of shopping is great. However the place is always packed with young irresponsible kids.
App doesnt work which caused me(an older person) much anxiety for the possibility of paying big for parking. Had no time to do any shopping. Why isnt parking free??? It always used to be. Money making big business. Prefer places to shop where it isnt money grabbing and makes you check the time all the time. What happened to going shopping for the day and having lunch with friends? Not a place I go any more
We live across the road & Chermside Westfield has become a huge part of our life. Our 4 year old daughter knows Chermside as her backyard…it’s where we go to grab presents for friends & family, have coffee, meet with loved ones, spend birthday money, watch movies, go out for dinner, have a play at the inside & outside playgrounds & do groceries. Narelle from the concierge desk is amazing & has an incredible bond with our daughter…who looks forward to seeing Narelle on our visits & finding out everything that’s happening & up & coming in the centre. The Westfield plus activities always get her excited & she loved the pink members lounge. Our Chermside shopping experience is always no stress & lots of fun.
Since the renovation and the opening of the restaurant area, Chermside shopping centre feels more open and easier to shop in. Plenty of parking now.
Great place to shop at, I think security needs to work on spotting the young eshays and kicking them out. Otherwise love the place
North Brisbanes best shopping centre (mall) by far.Its architecture, aka interior design, gives the shopper/browser an incredible and outstanding shopping experience.
Camp Chermside is a fantastic event for children. Its is fun, educational and interactive. Narelle one of the organisers was most wonderful.
Westfield caters for all with a wide variety of Top Brand Traders.Covid Compliant, wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking with instore Info Kiosks. Very Well kept facilities for personal Hygiene whilst shopping or Browsing...enjoy
Huge complex with everything. Multiple Supermarkets and Food Courts. All the big brands are here.
Great playground for toddlers!Love this little play area outside H&M and the outdoor eateries.Although unfenced you can easily see your little one as they run up and down and all around. Not pictured but there is a little trampoline that is super popular with the little ones.We spent almost 2 hours just watching our little one tire herself out.Plenty of toilets close by and can sit safely with a coffee in the shade
It was great the place wasnt over crowded and everyone kept thier distance. The centre has a lot of the high end stores like Apple, Channel ect. Great place over all and plenty of options for stores and items. 😀
Nice tropical ambience with extensive water features
Westfield Chermside is a best place to do shopping. There are variety of shops and will most certainly satisfy most peoples’ needs. The new renovations to the shopping center look stunning and completely change the entire atmosphere of the place. The new dining precinct has opened many new opportunities for dining with your family.
Westfield. Pre Covid ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Post Covid ⭐⭐Still a lack of taking precautionary measures to protect the public (paying customers 💰💰)Mask wearing seems OptionalPlenty of people using the carry and eat food and drink whilst walking loophole to circumvent Covidsafe. No doubt the OMG bikie who frequented last week used his skills and training to leave Covid samples everywhere knowing that deep cleaning is a jokeGood luck and disinfect thoroughly after your visit to Ground Zero
Great place to shop & enjoy a coffee. Most enjoyable
Excellent place very! Many shop for clothing and plenty of place for eat food. Only complaint security offend my elderly mother.
As always, an amazing visit is always accompanied by a clean premisis. The centre has improved so much since it first openned and truly is an amazing place to visit.Five stars keep up the great work!
Pretty good shopping centre, big too many clothes shops
Same shops over various levels, nothing really unique. Lots of people, no social distancing or covid precautions being followed.Personal opinion, but Id rather visit a smaller centre.
Plenty of variety and all the big names you want to see in a shopping center. Be warned its a hike to get around, the place is bigger than my whole town
Apple store in particular excellent staff and service
Often visit Jermside Mall because it has a huge selection of stores to chose from. Parking is easy making it stress free.
Busy and lots of mask being worn, well done fam
