Have a dinner in the last day..Natural Vazhayila food thats a different thing..like it..Pickles were good...all the side dishes were served in the leaf,same as like sadhya.Main dish fish,Beef and others served in Bowl..Thats also quite nice. but havent any chance for a refilling of Dishes..not able to digest the same...Must have to serve Curries as the guest need..But its not saw..Atlast desert as Payasam..Thats not a combination of Non- veg meals..Veg and Non Veg fusion ..think so..Better to serve an Pudding,Friuit salad or Ice cream...Need to improve some dishes like Pulishery,Chicken Tikka and on.. Anyway its a different experience ,may be sometimes due to the taste and dinner variety of each part of Kerala...All the best.
