I did the booking for the flat on the first day of launch by ruby builders going by the feedback given by some of my friends. But the flat ultimetely given by the builders is not as per market build up. it lacks various amenities and builder is also not very responsive when approached. though promised many things the flat is not as satisfactory as I expected. Only redeeming feature is water availability in the area and the approach to G.S.T road which leads to the city as well as to southern districts.

At the main area. Easy to identify. a little rough road.

Very good, calm and neat environment. Construction problems can be found.

Good Flat & Near by Kancheepuram High way & Vandalur- Poondamallee highway.

Security is very good. Proper response
