I visited this place quite few months ago exactly in the month of March 2021 to give my smartwatch for repair. Due to lockdown in between the watch took few extra days and returned with irreaparable status and they gave replacement of same value. Also I was given a choice of more than 1 watch. I confirmed this with the shop calling to Ms. Shakiba-Service team.This shop can be easily located inside ground floor of Express Avenue mall, Royapettah, Chennai. They have some decent collections of watches, handbags, wallets and they got service point attached to it.As I got option of choosing more than 1 watch & I didnt wanted to go for smart watch again, I opted for 2 regular battery operated watch in which 1 is dual time. After a long search, I ended up with 2 watches which was slightly lesser than the amount should be replaced.Special mention to Ms. Soumya, the sales staff, she was very helpful and polite. She was very much patient to our queries and helped us in choosing the right one. In fact I sometimes removed the watches from showcase which is generally not allowed in most shops. The technician Mr. Fayaz also helpful in teaching the basics of dual time watch.Their products are slightly expensive as Fossil is an American brand. But quality wise it is excellent. Watches are in decent price but I felt the wallets & handbags are not upto our price range.Thanks to Ms. Soumya for helping me in between her busy schedule. In fact all are nice in the shop.

Especially the staff name was Sowmya she did good job & the way she attending to me was very respectful & kindness... The store was awesome and they have lot of good collections are there... so pls everyone kindly once visit the Fossil EA store...

Delighted with the in-store experience. Went to purchase an automatic watch as a gift and the staff were extremely helpful. Syed stayed with us the entire time and explained every minute detail even though it was a busy evening. Registration for the watch was also done in-store and it helped us avoid the hassle of doing it on our own later. Free gift packaging was extremely good and a cherry on the top. While selling the watch they mentioned 14hrs battery life ..but it hardly gives 3-4 hours of battery life ...highly recommend you dont buy this fossil watches

First of all I personally congratulate the owner of the shop because he had an wonder full team for sales and Service.I bought a watch couple of month earlier and i had some engraving issue so went to more than 10 watch stores including 5 fossil except this store. Where ever i tried receive 0% of possibility .last Tuesday i been to the store for a last try un expectedly i found the solution for my 2 month struggle in the name of Mr.Fayaz form the service department .The way he response me was amazing. where ever i have been all said no possibility but he make it possible.i havent found any negative answer from the whole store team . once again thank you so much Mr.Fayaz and the service team. Bought Gen4 and not working properly within 3 months, then they replaced with Gen5, which is also not working within 3 months time. They replaced the head of Gen5 , which also not working properly within a month. Shop handled nicely and assured to do the best.
