Went to the shop personally to order a photo cake and told him that will send the photo later. He also noted my number and unfortunately I forgot to send the photo and called him at 9:50 a day before. He didnt consider and bluntly refused to take the order. No customer service at all. Will not buy from him again. Cake world In Navalur made the photo cake the next day and it was yummy!!

Visited Frenchloaf siruseri on Sunday around 8:30 am just get a pack of bread. The shop was empty with just 2 attenders, they responded well for our queries. Then came to know that sandwiches were available and we could take parcel, it looked as a good idea for breakfast. So we ordered for 1 veg. relish, 1 veg. delight and 1 mushroom supreme sandwiches. All 3 were different in taste and good as well. And also got 2 pieces of cake which tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

Yesterday i bought 1kg red velvet cake, It was not the fresh one, they gave me old cake , it was tasteless , nobody liked the cake, worst experience ever . What is the point of coming to French Loaf ? its not worth buying a cake from here, can you just refund me the amount. you are cheating everyone by giving expired stock , I can guarantee its not fresh. I never had such worst red velvet cake in my life.

Coffee at Lavazza was great. Veg supreme sandwich was very appetizing albeit costly. Good experience overall.

A nice place to unwind with a cup af coffee, a snack and some gossip.

Worst place i ever visited. Not a lot of options to eat. Taste was very bad. I would never recommend. Coffee machine wasnt working. Nothing was good for a french named place, but even bread or cakes.

Great bakery products.. especially these pastries.. Its open till 11 and hence even if you are returning late from work, you can still stop here buy some breads or pastries..

All cakes in display look too good to be true. After seeing it, we were planning to order 3kg eggless birthday cake here. Thought of tasting few cakes on display since it looked great. Had eggless blueberry cake, butterscotch & chocolate cake pieces. Blueberry cake was hard as rock. Not able to even cut with 2 spoons. Blueberry syrup was like a layer on top and it came off completely and tasted like sugar paper. When asked in counter about hardness, the guy simply mentioned eggless cake will be like that only. Even in 1990’s, eggless cake were good and these days all cake shops have learned to make eggless fluffy cakes. Chocolate & butterscotch cake was just okay. Appearances do deceive. They also do not do any customisation for cakes. Dropped plan to order bday cake here and bought elsewhere and occasion was saved. Always try before you buy.

Could be dangerous. Few days back bought cake for kids Birthday. And my kids are having stomach ache and vomiting since then.When we told it to someone they too said that they had problems with French Loaf cakes. Please dont buy cakes from here. I think they dont make cakes in this shop and get it from somewhere else and store it. Again proves that even if things are costly it might not be healthy.

Had 3 cakes red velvet Swiss roll, pyramid chocolate cake and butterscotch..... All the three was really hard and unable to eat

What ever i have ordered and the cake which i have received was different. Cake cutting knife also they have not bought. The rate is too high compare to other cake shop.

Excellent preparation and good bakery items especially cake, pastries, cheese toasts and coffee. Its relatively bit expensive but worth it.

Doughnut sucks. Irish cake was pretty good.

Ordered 3kg birthday cake.taste is not good.it tastes like normal bread.verymuch disappointed
