Exceptional Customer service; amazing ambience; great luxurious space. They have snooker table and the best part about this place is their staff - they make it a must place to visit again and again. Very courteous and makes you feel like a family and friends.

Great customer service especially Karthik and Dinesh. Good ambiance and better food. But the worst part is Saturday night karaoke. All old age people(Guest) will be irritating us by singing(Shouting) unknown 60’s songs. Will stop going on Saturday’s. It’s like ‘Mudhiyorgalin Koodaram’ on weekends.

This place is always good and special for us. From the very first day we have been a regular visitor. The ambiance, the music, the food and people are so good. Feel yourself at home!

Been here for a Saturday night , the food and service was good. But this place is more like a family thing not for young people , it was a Karaoke video night and songs were from 1980s lol. Felt bored on the music but the place was good.

Ordered a Bacardi black and got an old monk instead. The waiter claims its the bartenders mistake. Or was it a cheap trick to con the uninitiated and caught red-handed? Not cool at all

Attitude of waiters is good. But the prices are ridiculously high. I guess this is to be expected since its in GRT grand.

The place is rich with posh Interiors, right from the entrance the place will blows you away with its luxury. It has ground two floor seating it also have a smoking room.
