Very very fast service..went there for repairing my mixer grinder. The service guy immediately sorted the issue and it was serviced within 10 mins.My total time there was less then 15 mins.

Not helpful when approaching even for minor repairs for Jars, instead fixing they simply turn you out saying come next week for almost all customers. Poor supervision on technicians

Good and fast service there itself for minor repairs. Just waiting in queue could be an issue. Billing person most of the time on mobile only due to that the servicing person himself does the billing which causes unnecessary delay.

They will be giving 40 token per day. We may need to wait for 1 to 2 hours to get the service.They will check our product in front of us and will resolve the issue. Service center operation timings : 10 AM to 1 PM and 2:30 PM to 5 PM

The technicians are experienced and very capable. They completed the fix for my mixie within 10 mins of handing over to them. Only issue is the token system issued to engage customer rather than taking the defective product and providing a later time to come and pick it up

Their service works with respect to Mixie is good. I went twice in the last one year and found it was good. They follow the Covid guidelines and allow minimum number of persons to enter. We have to wait till our turn comes. If the product is in warranty period, they are not charging for the service. Their service is quick and perfect.

They fixed my mixer grinder in less than half an hour on the same day. Though there is was wait time for about an hour.

Good service center for preeti products

Pathetic system... Service person is attending each customer after repairing the previous one. Customer are not allowed to leave the product for service and collect later. They are providing token and serving first come basis. Customer has to wait almost half day if he get token number 10 or above. Never seen such a service system anywhere else. Only 2 technicians are available to service the product. You have to be there when they open the shop, otherwise plan to wait there for whole day. I will never recommend anyone to buy Preethi products. Worst experience ever...

I was searching for Rajarathinam street, No.10, West Tambaram. But it was located No. 10 , Brindavan Avenue, West Tambaram. I could not see any Rajarathinam Street near by. They did service for my preethi excel+ induction stove and 2 nos. of mixer jar within a hour and good service.

Situated near National theatre in Tambaram. They have discounts for all products and that goes up to 15%. Good service and Jeni the sales women is assisting really well and she has a good knowledge about entire products.

This rating is not for the service but for the people management. When i visited there was only two people who was doing both the service as well as the front office work.I saw people who had to change a simple bush on the mixie jar wait for 45 mins. It could be better managed. They could take turns in looking at smaller jobs right away. Instead this service tech started working on replacing a motor ona. Mixie which took him 45mins when there was literally 15 people waiting.

Tokens are issued but the sequence is not being followed properly. I have been issued token no. 19 and waiting since 11.30AM. The person who came at 1.15 was issued token no. 22 was attended at 1.30pm. After enquiring, they have attended my mixie at 1.40pm and completed the process within 5mins. They initially for me didnt listen even what the problem was otherwise i would have gone before 11.40itself.

It is a good service centre so far Ive visited .The charging prices are very nominal💵 and the issue was resolved in 20 mins🕒 . They have the perfect replacement spare parts 🔧🔨and treat customers with patience . The only thing which is not available is the gas stove repair 😣 for which you to prior book an appointment📞 and can be serviced in home 🏫only .

Excellent service! The best part is that they dont bill any service charge. They bill only for the the spares they replace due the the faulty items. All those are genuine OE spares. You can get your appliances serviced within minutes of spares are readily available. I took my induction stove which is 5yr old, they billed me only for the spares even though it is out of warranty! Kudos to Preeti. Blindly go ahead and purchase any Preeti items, now it is owned by Philips,,,,,💪

Actually there are two sections of the portion on the road side is the store and rear is for service, they are maintaining a clean atmosphere, parking is a problem I would personally prefer to go in two wheelers, because parking 2 wheelers itself a difficulty

This place is a hubspot for all of Preethis appliances as its the service centre for those plying from faraway Mylapore as its located in T. Nagar area on Dandapani Street.The staff are courteous and professional and give the best advice with regard to remedial measures for your appliances.Query resolution is quick and very satisfactory as the technical staff is knowledgeable!They accept all cards and even Paytm for payment.My best wishes to them in all their endeavours!

For simple washer replacement they charge 120 rupees , the jar itself cost only 400. Even the replaced washer dint last long & i paid another 80 rupees after 3 months . So its day time robbery & this service center deserves a negative rating.
