This is the most worst company or whatever that i ever came across in my whole entire life. They promote as if they are 100% in everything but when it comes to customer satisfaction they are literally 0. Me and my friend ordered their products worth 1300 to nagapatinam.. They sent me a mail that its confirmed and thats it..they were least bothered to give us any updates on where the order is and when they would deliver it. They mentioned in their mail that it would be delivered in 3-4 days. But i havent recieved it for a week. I tried to contact their mail id a hundred times but there was no response.i tried calling their number but they have blocked their incoming services. We finally found theor insta page. A person responded and gave us a tracking id. We tried tracking the order but the order had gone to tanjore not nagapatinam. We enquired the person on insta again and he told that the delivery partner will deliver it from the nearest hub. But there was no clue about it and we called the courier partner and they raised a complaint and were bluffing it would reach today for 3 days. Later without any choice we asked whats the procedure to contact customer care of cookie man to claim the refund or raise an issue. I still havent recieved my packageIts been a week nowThe person saw our message and was least bothered to reply. I mean this is what you give your customer the kind of attention. I would suggest not to order online. They dont have any responsibility if you have received the package or not. Thanks and good luck
