I would admit, this was not a great experience visiting the store. It was crowded and No People to attend the queries when I was there. Might be people would have gone for lunch I suppose. Didnt find what I required and happened to return empty handed.The collections which was available over there were good though. Happened to click some images which is shared here.

Very much satisfied with the product as well as their service. They guided us on whatsapp throughout the process of purchase. The product being in stock was delivered within a week, we had ordered 5-6 more items for backup as we wanted to be ready for the fact that few pieces might be broken or of lesser quality, however upon receiving the delivery, we were glad to know that all the pieces of the bulk order were of consistent quality and no damaged or defective items were there. The items are also the same in real life as they are shown on the images of the website.

We ordered gifts from wedtree for dasara ... Their customer service is amazing and the quality is very nice . We got the delivery before the date that was told. Their packing is also amazing due to which we received the products without any damage . Thank you wedtree!

I ordered on September 2nd and they said it will be dispatched by 12 to 15 working days. There was no update from they , so I wrote to them and enquired and they said they will dispatch by 25 th September, but after 25th I wrote to them for two days still no reply. When I call the call is being forwarded to another number and no response.

Very unprofesstional. I ordered online 10 days back and just few days before function they tell its not on stock. That too i made a followup. without my followup i would have been in a big trouble. My order number is WD26173. We have to do all the work. If you are busy with your arrangements do not order with these people.

Quality is good and price also decent one. But when you order low quality ( like 25 , its their minimum order quantity) ; they say that we cant expect the customization that they can do for 100no order. Be it 25, even if they do the customization then it would be a great customer centric service. Rated for 4 only by that reason.

This is the place to go to if you are looking for return gifts for weddings and other events. The store is located near the state BJP office. They have a good variety of items. We placed bulk orders two times and on both occasions, they shipped us the items within the stipulated timeframe. It is possible to place orders through their website as well.

Good option to have on your list if you are looking out for small and medium return gifts for any family and/or traditional function. They have a decent range of products that one can choose from. They deliver in the said time, everytime. Sometime they also deliver ahead of the mentioned date (which is super good!)One draw back is that you wont be able to buy anything off the shelf, you need to place your orders and get the products delivered only. And due to that, we dont get to choose the colour and patterns on the product (if the product is made with cloth/paper). Worst,terrible and horrible experience from the team. I can give a minus star if had an option. I ordered 30 bags for navrathri and i dint receive those even after navrathri.. When i checked with wedtree team they replied it will be delivered for eta oct 3rd. When it was not delivered even on 5th, i checked with wedtree team for which they replied thats its responsibility of us to check for delivery. When i checked with bluedart team, tgey said they cant deliver in our area.. Such a poor response from the team.Not only that.. Check the photo of one of the bags which i opened after one month.. The quality is really poor that the handle came out before i even started using it.. Really a bad experience for me

Well they have variety. Pretty good too. But if you want bulk quantity you have to order in advance. Couple of items we asked for they did not have enough stock. If you have a months time for your function you can order and get things.

Ordered couple of products in bulk via their website and asked Wedtree people whether they can ship before the date they mentioned. I also asked for another variety but in small quantity which is very much less than their MOQ. They were very prompt in replying me and answering all my queries. They agreed to give me the product in smaller quantity I asked. Also Wedtree shipped my products even before the date I mentioned and they were delivered in a day. I ordered 130 Palm leaf boxes for my wedding and received it within a month.I really appreciate to be able to talk through WhatsApp with the seller.The boxes are really cute since it’s handmade and the quality is good. 😍The delivery has been made by FedEx and the delivery time has been respected.The only negative point : At delivery, I had to pay 60€ for customs duty to FedEx 😭

I have been here for return gifts , which I found on some website.. went with a big doubt, but Oo my god, what a collection, seriously lot many return gifts, different yet traditional.. Later I have been to sarees for varalakshmi vratham, all of us are satisfied, with good colour collection, traditional.. The best store for all the occasions.

We had ordered return gifts for a family function and they were delivered promptly. Favour bags and minakari glass. The service was really great. We had ordered two types of favour bags. For one type of bag the picture on the website and the actual piece when delivered was not to our satisfaction. It did not have the same elegant look as in the picture. Please introduce new and innovative items like jewellery holders which can hold multiple sets which can go into bank lockers and more such ideas.

In the website, minimum quantity was 25. Since I needed only 10 I called and got prompt response.. Got the products in two days as promised. Good customer support and beautiful products :)

Very affordable, plus they also have souvenirs and decorative handicrafts for sale. The place is located on a narrow street, youll find ir difficult to park your car.

Bad service. No track of their orders. They charge you first and then do not deliver on the product that you ordered, inspite of checking with them on availability before hand.Do not trust them with your order, specially if you want it on time, their team is pretty good at giving excuses.There are better options out there, do not waste tour time and money here.

I had visited to buy return gifts for navarathri after seeing their website!!!! Whatever item I selected, the salesperson(at first a male) said it is not available. I understand Its navarathri time and so there will be great demand of items. Atlast, I selected a piece and asked whether it is available and another saleslady asked me how many I need and I told her 1 from that item and turned to select next time (I already selected 2 items with the help of the male salesperson). The young lady told me that they are wholesalers and I should buy minimum 25 pieces of whatever I select. I felt bad because even though they dont have lot of the display pieces, they had strict policies. When they open a shop, they should cater to requirement of all customers visiting during festivals and not function like an online store. If I need large number of items, I should have ordered online and not visit their shop. I am really disappointed the way the saleslady spoke!!!!

Ordered our housewarming gifts from Wedtree. They have great collection and price is also great for return gifts. Excellent packing and what we see is what we get it in shipping. Usually replies back within in hour in Whatsapp. The only con is , their shipping, its costly but definitely not more than standard rates from India to US. Do order atleast one month before your function. Because of the bulk order, they are little delay in their packing. Otherwise its good, recommend their business .
