The support staff at Meggnotec really helped me fix some issues with the theme I purchased after doing a customized design. They were very cost effective and turn around time was within a few days. They saved me so much time trying to figure it out myself! Good job to the web gurus!

I have been using the theme for about 10 months now, and it is the best out there by a million miles, I have asked them to do some extra work to make our site work better for our customer, and to offer the best customer buying experience we can. They have completed this work with ease, and the work they have done has been fantastic.. Customer service has been instant, very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. After building my store on Big Commerce and running into 2 slight changes with my design theme template Craze. I contacted the template developer, Meggnotec. Their response time was extremely timely and uncanny for the tech world. Within a day for both issues the problem was fixed! Meggnotec is a great company to work with!
