We have been visiting this place very often and I must say that the collections are very good, but the employees, especially the sales girls are definitely not. They were talking rudely with us. And the food court is the worst! I agree that the quality of the good and worth the price, the employees, especially females are behaving rudely with us. Its like all they want is money. They are always talking or busy with their phones. The place too is not that clean and hygenic. The backward area where we use to wash our hands after eating are very dirty. Especially one old women, was following us in the food court and literally was telling us to leave! I mean, is she the owner of the shop or what? If the staffs are to be like this, jeyachandran can even lose its regular costumers....

We have to select with whatever collection available on display. The staff are not showing any interest if the customer is willing to buy or not. Poor customer service. vegetables are sold at a competitive prices. Instead of selling clothes, they can focus on vegetables.

Ground floor has saree varieties whereas first floor has footwear and stationary items. Second floor is for clothing whereas third and fourth floor for groceries, electronics and furniture respectively. Generally this mall is preferred as we get good discounts on products and economical too. There are food shops available in ground floor as well as third floor. Its like a multibrand showroom where you can get products of various brands along with the best discount.

On 16th September 2021, I bought 4 Chicken Biryani from the food court as a takeaway. After eating that My whole Family felt the taste was disgusting...The Chicken in that biryani tasted like some soggy cardboard, Even White rice with salt is better than this so called Biryani...My whole family felt cheated... My personal opinion is to buy anything you want in this store but, just go to some other True RESTAURANT outside this building...

Good multi shopping center with ample car parking usually crowded during weekends which is not safe during this pandamic period. If you are going in car u will get a relaxed experience as its free parking though but dont go on weekends or evening schedule on morning and afternoon so the crowd and billing counters will be free.Price wise Textiles is same price like other multi shopping centers but groceries its worth buying lot if offers and cheap products available.Monthly one visit is worth for this shopping center.

Dont buy wooden cot. Had a very bad experience buying one with drawers. They Never told us that the size of the drawers will not cover the breadth of the cot. Looks so awkward and also the size, shape and fitting of the drawers are pathetic. Price is also high.
