My website is down past 10 hours, no customer care support. Have been trying to reach them through all possible mediums. If you are an active ecommerce site, go for more reliable service provider. It will impact the authenticity of your site.I have to face several complains from my customer in consumer forum, as their orders were open and website was down, so they perceived it as fake or scam. Also you will loose the orders coming during that time, google will drop ranking of your page.

I have bought both domain and hosting services from these guys. It was running smoothly for months with satisfaction. Why I am giving five stars now is because currently I shifted to one of their new email hosting from Google and had unexpected errors which is not a fault on my side or hosting side. It was an unusual error like user has been already registered while we are owning the control panel and other sort of complicated errors like not receiving incoming mails etc. I know that if any new errors, we have to wait patiently for propagation etc. But as it is New Year beginning, I do not want my clients to wait for important mails. My clients do not like errors in the beginning of new year. It may spoil my name. So immediately I contacted Ewallhost Support Team and they guided step by step. These unusual issues were resolved step by step by them. These guys resolved it very quickly. I waited only for propagation hours. Now everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate the effort they have put in my current project.The second reason is I transferred one domain name from other provider to ewallhost. The client needed it very urgently. Ewallhost transferred my domain name without any issues within a week. Five stars.

Update: Will not argue on what went wrong, but liked your effort towards your business and trying to correct the mistakes by keeping the support ticket open and following up. I never had any issues with you guys in the past, it was just this terrible instance. Anyways, alls well that ends well.Old: Never buy hosting from these guys, they promise something and give something else. They have a set of low performing systems, a simple theme of wordpress fails to work as the RAM allocated to each of the script installations are just 128MB. Even the most basic hosting plan from Godaddy will allocate 256MB RAM to handle your website properly. When you raise this to support, they start telling ways to increase the php memory limit for WordPress, despite repeating a thousand times they have failed to understand that as you cannot run 4G on a 2G phone, similarly you cannot get 512 memory by changing php.ini for wordpress on a machine with just 128 MB RAM. But still they wanted to waste their own time and they went ahead to change php.ini, wp-config.php, .htaccess to give a memory of 3GB to wordpress, on a system with 128 MB allocated RAM.The worst of all they are running php version 5.6 and there is no way to update it on an ngix server according to them. So imagine your website on a system with 128MB RAM with a php v5.6 which is a memory trap.

Initially, I was hesitant to try them, never heard of them so. But a friend insisted and since I was on a budget I oped in. Now I think, that was the best decision Ive made for my niche websites.People say cheaper hostings have a catch, eWallHost disapproves it. I get an uptime for 1000s of realtime even in the basic plan of theirs.As per the site, I loved their UI, the client support is prompt. Being a non-technical and someone who wouldnt like to mess up with all those cPanels and complex installations, I find their patient and supportive team a boon.Chat with them and they do whatever you ask them may it take an hour or so. They leave only when they complete.Submit a ticket and you get a reply within maybe an hour so, yes I love them.

Fake company Dont even try it even if you are getting free offer from this company they will sell your data and even will not give you free offer benefit when you will try to use the service they will ask you more money they are blody fake cheap people who are fooling the customers to attract them. Really sad to see these cheap people present in the country :(

Tried to book one domain of mine. Poor software and website of yours, Hell.Money deducted from my account and you guys just dint book the domain on spot.Now I am running on a risk if someone else book this and If that happens, I will make sure that you at whatsoever cost is buy it and give to me.

One of the worst customer service. Dont buy domains from them. I have renewed my domain a day before expiration, the money is deducted and I have received an order confirmation from them. Still its been 2 days and my website is down. On their portal, It shows that I have paid but they havent processed the order yet.
