Very nice place for buying grocery and provision items. They have variety of products with multiple brands. Clean neat and air conditioned. They have offers for some products which are worth for buying.

Service has been degraded. Earlier every used to available but now only selected items. Faced this issue twice. Need improvement. Staffs are not all professional. Not sure about other outlets but facing issues with this particular store.

One can find all the items from their grocery shopping list. But coming to the staff, starting from security guard, I have no clue why the security guards are there, these guys will never help ppl to pull or push the door even if the customers are busy carrying their shopping bags. Since this is not the same when compared to any other super markets, its very disappointing. Second is the billing counter. There is either no space to stand while in queue or the staff s very pathetic in terms of customer service. People should b trained how to treat customers here!!!

Not getting fresh vegetable all the time... they r attracting the customers by giving offer on some special item to make the customer walk through... overall service is good.. customer can benefited by purchasing the offer items.. rest with 2% less than MRP

See the bill is correctly charged or not, coz many times they did wrong billing. Whenever it happens if we ask they will return the money with a smile. Guess the Biller needs more training.

I wanted to buy Boost 750 g. The MRP was Rs340/-. On billing the same price was quoted.I left it there. Then I went to MORE supermarket & got it for Rs 320/- savings of Rs. 20/- Pls rework on this.

This is a really good store with superb discounts. You can get things @ reasonable prices. The store is neat... staff are prompt. You can get only eatables and daily necessities here... this is not Trends... you dont get clothes. It is visible easily ... hygienic fruits and veggies ... but dont forget to bring ur own bag! Plastic ban so they dont give bags .

Today I visited Reliance fresh Pallavaram.purchsed some biscuits here.But all items ie.crocery,soaps,detergents,biscuits,fruits,snacks,oil etc, are available.Actually my residence is chrompet.I purchased theitems at chrompet branch regularly.Totally all items available at Reliance Fresh and quality is good and the rate isalso nominal.some times they have given offer also. Now some offer is given by them.

One of the best supermarkets in pallavaram where you get most of our daily essentials at a reasonable price. Moreover , one can go through the whole stock available there in a very convenient way...Fresh vegetables are also available there.Payments can be done in dual modes, either by your card or by paying cash .I found it totally prompt when it comes in delivering services.Being a foreigner there it was difficult for me to purchase commodities because i was not able to interact with the people there..I can understand people from different regions speak different dialects but one should take care of while dealing with people who not aware about their dialect...Simply it was nice experience there .I went there to purchase some stuff and honestly it was of gud quality ..And i would suggest you people this place for all your requirements..The location of the supermarket is nice and is totally visible from the road..At last but not least i hope you guyz will also visit this place when needed...Thanks

Stock availability and products are good

Poor customer service. With regard to non availability of product mentioned I. Offers if we ask store manager he tells that ours is small store go to some other store for the concerned product. Even the Pallavaram store and other reliance fresh stores are at the same size. After taking products we have to call the billers shortage of staffs yesterday such scenarios happened

Staff would be busy on their personal discussion. Very late billing station. If asked to do home delivery, most of the fragile products such as mosquito coil and bottles comes broken. Bill is very rare to understand. Home delivery takes minimum 24 hours.

I have ordered grocery items for home delivery and I was told it would be delivered 24 hrs time.however not received even a phone call after 24hrs.Even unable to reach then over landline or through manager no.Highly disappointed.Hdisappointed.How people could reach them for queries.

Poor deals. Substandard products. Horrible, horrible, service, they say Home delivery will come at 6pm. Its 9:30pm and still no delivery. Also, not able to find any number for the store. Customer service call center number is useless.
