Polite Service persons. But the shop has no crowds. They also packed with tapes that we ordered. So try to buy electrical products from this shop they have almost every brands products.

You can stand there for 40 mins but they will attend to 10 other customers and not you.Poor selection of wall lights and bells.And whatever is displayed, good luck finding a nice one which is in stock.Go to one of the many places on Mount Road. Much better.

Very good lights collections they have at much cheaper prices than you get in mount road shops. They are also stockist for Legrand switches & MCBs.

Patient and helpful staff. They did not try to just push their products, but took the effort to understand what I needed as a customer and advised accordingly. They did not even force us to buy immediately. When we said that we wanted to discuss with our family before making a choice, they even offered to call us back with more information regarding the product, since we needed some clarification. If the staff did not know something, they ensured to find out more details about it before answering us. Overall very good service, regardless of whether a product was purchased or not.

Came here only once for buying electrical items, after completing AC and fan purchase from Rathna Fan house. Most of the electrical items required for a house is available at reasonable price. In one place, one can buy almost all items. No parking available. Need to park on the road.

This is one place where you can get most of the electrical items a home or small office needs. Whilst you have choices, there is very little guidance that is provided. If you have done your research on what you want, you can see and possibly test a few use cases and then buy.

This is an Electrical shop from Rathna group or Rathna fan house, situated near RFH in T.nagar. You can get most of the electrical items, LED tubes and fancy lights, stabilisers, small electrical appliances etc. Most of them are priced moderately and some of the LED lights are costly when compared to shops in Parrys or Teynampet. They dont have many varieties but Philips and Crompton LED tubes are available. Parking is limited and infront of the shop only. Service is ok.

Good variety and cheaper than most of the places. Parking is a struggle however they do have valet service. Narrow lane leading to store is a challenge at times
