The office is located on the main road with easy access. Local transportation is superb to reach this and easy to catch at the same time. Nearby location is also nice.

Excellent vaccination arrangements for employees and family members. It was a very smooth and efficient handling of the process resulting in an excellent experience. The building as such is very well maintained (LTI has its own building inside DLF Park). The office space is also very clean and looks great. There are two canteens inside the building that serve decent food and have fair variety. Security is a bit of a hassle as no electronics apart from phones are allowed (pen-drives, laptops etc. are a strict no-no)

It is well planned from safety perspective. Lot of measures taken and money spent. A perfect SEZ at Chennai.

Good company and infrastructure. But,cross skills and domain shifting is difficult when you try to shift your domains.

I will give least rating to this office of LTI as they have worst facilities for interviewees. For persons attending interviews, they charge money per hour for bike parking...can you imagine?? Cant LTI provide free bike parking for interviews. Also the interview process went for 8 hours and so u can imagine the bike parking cost of RS 20 per hour. One person can be happy at the end of day if he gets selected which was there in my case. But after HR round and submitting all my educational docs they put my offer on hold. Worst IT company and poor facilities. Even the food court was small and we got nothing to eat. If the interview process goes for almost 8 hrs, you should have good arrangements.

You can find here every building archirecture is completely different from other, which expose the potential of LNT building capacity.Inside the campus, enviroment is very neat, clean and greenery which promote employees to work in this organisation.Working culture is very good inside the campus. Head count is less compared to other companies. More visibility. Free snacks. Free gym. Really having good tym here. Bad part is very less projects. You have to wait for a long tym to get mapped into the project.

Recruitment was well organised but HR told that shortlisted candidates will be get offer within a week but no updates even after a week. HR becomes not reachable and no replies for mails. Worst company I have ever seen, there is no proper IT system for the employees. Its like a government company, if need anything you have to keep on poke the person.

Have visited once for interview.They treat well for their future employees.The workstations are good and clean.But the interview process is worst.Asked the candidates to wait for 2+ hours and finally conduct telephonic interview, which we could have attended from home.The interview was scheduled for development and the interviewer is from infrastructure background, no questions were relevant.Wasted half a day of my life there.

Working place with good ambience along with following corporate rules. Visitors are checked twice before entering campus.Floors and cafeteria are maintained on daily basis. Water is being checked on day to day basis. Garbage is being recycled here.

HR policy is Worstu in here and its not employed based company... Its totally management based... Lnt hires new employees from outside but wont develop theire internal employees unless he is close to management... New customers will be pleased while they forget to retain the existing clients with loyalty.

Vast work space. Good facilities include paid visitors parking, very good food court includes all variety of meals, snacks and desserts. No garden inside, more of a concrete jungle. Smoking area available beside block 4. No local train till this facility. Nearest railway stations are Guindy and Alandur.

Little bit cheaters, they call for an interview but selection will be already desired by reference.

I dont think the selection procedure is fair when it comes to off campusI attended the online aptitude test in off campusThey give us a saparate user Id and passwordThe answers for the qns were already selectedAnd after clicking an option for a QNS and at last while checking the ansThe answers were different and were not the ans which I selected beforeIt was very irritating answering the qns again and again .the answers are changing automatically and I dont think it is fair and sort of preplanned
