I have visited this stores on 6th July 2020 for purchasing of Jio WIFI hotspot. They told that they are not having stock. Agreed. Next day (07/06/2020)I purchased from Poorvika. Once again I gone to this stores for new JIO SIM purchase & activation. They are not allowing inside the store and told me that JIO site not working. But next door itself I got new JIO SIM and activated.Relience team,Pls close this store. They are doing enough damages to your name. This is my suggestion. If you want to continue like this jokers you can.

The worst experience I ever had. Tried porting a number to Jio and waited for 2 weeks only to know that they didnt even send the order. Go to this store for purchase of electronics. I dont recommend for any Jio related services. Go to Reliance Digital at Mogappair West for this.

Went there for sim sctivation at 8 in the evening. Wrong info from the shop guy that they dont do activation from 7 pm. Went again next day at 11.30 am guy is saying activation guy is not available come later. Very arrogant behaviour. No service.

Worst customer service executive. Went for activation of dongle. I bought dongle in office but couldnt activate due to server issue. Since I dint buy from store they treated me as such I have stolen the device. Illitrate people dont even know how to treat customers. Really frustrated.
